I've been using Xtend since 2004 and have tried many flavors, and I'm guessing even if you've used the product you're wanting to know which one to order. I'll give you a quick guide as I swear by this product and genuinely want Scivation to do well. God Tier - Watermelon Watermelon was the first flavor I've tried and it's simply the best. After I try a flavor I inevitably end up back with Watermelon. It's refreshing and tastes great. I've ordered it maybe 20+ times. Best of the Rest Tier - Blue Raspberry, Pink Lemonade Both flavors might be a bit tart at first but it doesn't take long to fall in love with either option. I've ordered Blue Raspberry the second most, and although it's a newer flavor it's easily my second favorite. Good But Not Great Tier - Blood Orange, Lemon Lime, Strawberry Kiwi, Green Apple, Grape, Fruit Punch, Orange All of these options are as advertised. They're fun selections to try, but honestly I've only ordered each one once. If I have to give the nod to the best it's probably Fruit Punch. I would recommend ordering the 30 serving for each to see which one if your favorite Never Again Tier - Freedom Ice I was so excited to try this, rocket pops are delicious so naturally Freedom Ice would be too. In reality you can only taste the lemon, it's very tart and the bottle was a chore to get through.

I was so excited to try this when I got it in the mail today, that I dropped a scoop of the powder into my water and rushed to my university (I was in a hurry, as it was the first day back with new classes, bad traffic, and parking). After class, I headed to the gym. I had tried it in the car, and was blown away by the flavor. It was so tasty and refreshing that I wanted to drink the whole thing like a regular drink, but I knew I should save it for during the workout. I will say that as I drank this throughout my workout, I did feel pretty good compared to other workouts I've had. I don't know at this point if it was solely the BCAA powder that my muscles feeling good after a lot of work, but drinking this during my intense upper body workout was a heck of a lot more rejuvenating than just plain old water. Now the whole time I had been telling my guy friends about this, I was telling them the wrong flavor! I didn't realize as I had walked out of my house that Amazon had sent me the wrong flavor.... I got Mango. Now, I'm not actually disappointed by this. My first time trying this product, I was completely in love with the flavor. But I didn't read the label. What I had actually ordered was Blood Orange...! At least I know I like mango.... On here it says that mango is like, 50 cents more expensive than the blood orange? Give or take a few cents. Whatever. I guess I'll order blood orange again and hope they send the right one. But as of now, your girl is drinking mango flavor and loving it. I seriously wish I could drink this all day, but that is not the cost effective way to use this. I will say that in terms of potency in flavor, I used the maximum recommended amount of water to mix this with (it says anywhere between 8-16oz, so I did ~16-17oz) and the flavoring is pretty strong. If you don't like this sweet, you can always dilute it more... I think I'll be doing that a little bit more to see just where my taste buds enjoy it most.

A lot of supplements make claims about effects that are not immediately, if ever, observable. This is not one of them. When I first started taking this, I immediately noticed that I could go longer during cardio/strength oriented routines such as P90x and Insanity. I continued to drink this as my workouts evolved to running and weight lifting. Despite always being a terrible runner (I simply never felt that "runner's high", was never able to run very far, and was usually miserable) my runs, while never really increasing too far in distance, seemed to require less effort, making them more tolerable. But the real difference, came in my weight training. Being 44 years old, I was surprised at how quickly I went up in weights, how muscular I was getting, and how little soreness I had. I've lifted weights on and off for nearly 30 years, and suddenly I was lifting, in some cases, more than I ever had. Now, full disclosure: shortly before I started using Xtend, I also began taking creatine. This absolutely resulted in a strength and muscle gain. So once I started taking Xtend, I wondered how much of my performance gains I could attribute to the creatine. I felt the cardio-related gains were definitely the result of the Xtend, but the strength gains could have been the continuing results of the creatine. UNTIL I stopped taking Xtend. That was about a month ago, in part due to budgetary restraints and partly because I wasn't sure anymore if Xtend was really helping my time in the gym all that much. In the past month, however, the weight I lift in many of my exercises has slowly dropped, my endurance has decreased (I'm more sluggish and my workouts simply seem more daunting), and worst of all, I'm feeling my age. My elbows and knees in particular are sore for days after a workout, whereas before there was virtually no soreness. I believe in supplements, but rarely have I found one that has shown so much observable evidence of its effectiveness. This past month, much to my surprise, has proven to me just how effective this product is, and I will absolutely be including this in my next supplement order with Amazon. UPDATE 2-6-14: I purchased this again, and sure enough, my workouts are easier, I am much less sore, and am considerably stronger. This confirms what I already believed. This stuff just works.

I switched over from BCAA pills to powder and couldn't be happier with the convenience! Add a scoop of BCAA's (and some unflavored creatine powder) with water and you've got yourself a tasty pre/during workout energy drink! (Esp for those that are not fans of the jittery pre-workout feeling). Flavor Rankings (best to worst): 1. Blue Raspberry - THE BEST! Not too sweet. Mixes well with water. Very similar taste to a watered down, un-carbonated version of the blue slurpee from 7/11. 2. Grape - Typically not a fan of artificial grape flavors, but it's admittedly very well balanced. Sweet enough without being too sweet. 3. Pink Lemonade - The powder tastes like a red/pink pixie stick! Really great tasting at first, but can get boring. It may just be me, but this flavor always makes me feel thirstier during workouts. 4. Watermelon Explosion - Powder tastes like watermelon jolly rancher. When it's mixed with water it's definitely more balanced. Middle of the pack I'd say. 5. Smash Apple - Tastes just like the Green Apple flavored Jolly Rancher. Decent-ish. 6. Kiwi Strawberry - Tastes pretty artificial...like a hybrid between the old Hi-C “fruit punch” drink and a gatorade concentrate pod. 7. Fruit Punch - Also artificial. Tastes like Hi-C fruit punch. 8. Blood Orange - O.K. Flavor is similar to your usual Vitamin C pills, if you're into that. 9. Mango - Not a memorable flavor.

Wow!!! First time user and I’m impressed!! The shipping was fast with PRIME, the packaging was nice and neat and no spill around the seal. The powder blended so effortlessly with the water. No crummy taste! It taste delicious, I read other reviews about the great taste but had to see for myself. It’s not one of those supplements you have to chug because of the horrid taste. I can sip and enjoy. I am drinking it now, I mixed it with my l-carnitine and I will update the review on whether or not I had any energy boost or decrease in soreness. Will definitely purchase again!

I purchased the Pink Lemonade flavor and i'm impressed. The flavor is pretty good, I like to use a 24 oz water bottle to dilute the flavor and 24 oz is the perfect amount for my taste. I like to prepare mine about an hr before my workout and throw it in the freezer, so by the time I actually need it, it is nice and chilled. I recently took my mom hiking (she NEVER works out), she ended up drinking half of my drink and was surprised at how she didn't once feel tired, nor that calf cramp she usually gets whenever she goes uphill. Overall, I have no complaints and will be trying out the other flavors others have raved about.

Tastes great! I would use a little more water then recommended to dilute it. Taste is addicting. For the negative: So the product is amazing but the packaging sucks. First order came in and powder was spilling out of the seal. Called and they replaced it and had it to me the next day. Which was amazing of amazon. I am assuming that the first one that came in broken is the seal under the cap popped or opened in transit. Wish they would change it up to a better seal so when we get the product its not all over the seal on the cap outside the bottle or the packaging. They need to find a better design because I can see this being a hit or miss in future orders. Back to the positive! Mixes well, I throw it in some water and ice and shake. I give it a few mins to really dissolve after mixing it. I feel like I have energy after a workout and muscles are not as sore. Mango flavor is legit good. Especially during summer time right now lol. I will purchase again and pray it does not come in outside of the container. It is that good to chance it every time lol! I wish they made taster packs so we can try different flavors so see what is best for us. Anyways wishful thinking.

Great stuff that is roughly about 4000% sweeter than it needs to be. I use this every morning and I am seeing a lot of benefit from it, but holy non-caloric sweeteners, Batman! It's so sweet it's nauseating. Choices: 1. Mix one scoop with a bathtub full of water and try to drink all that. 2. Close your eyes, pinch your nose and drink it REALLY FAST

I really recommend this product it’s really good. I’m picky with flavors because let’s be honest most of them don’t always taste good but this one so good. I got the fruit punch and it’s so delicious.

DISCLAIMER: My Personal Preferences Below. Actual Results May Vary 5/5 - BEST OVERALL FLAVOR: Italian Blood Orange This flavor tastes so similar to actual fresh squeezed oranges it's pretty mind blowing. And I definitely notice the richness they imitate in blood oranges, so it's not at all like a standard Tropicana OJ - it's better! They really nailed it in the flavor department for this one. My favorite every time 4/5 - DELICIOUS - WON'T GET BORED: Tropic Thunder, Watermelon Explosion, Knockout Fruit Punch, Pink Lemonade I could drink these flavors everyday. Tropic Thunder tastes EXACTLY like Pineapple - so if you love that, you'll love this (I do). Watermelon Explosion is our childhood favorite Jolly Rancher. Knockout Fruit Punch - Hawaiian Punch without the sugar!. Pink Lemonade - As advertised 4.5/5 - TASTY & ACCURATE FLAVOR: Glacial Grape, Freedom Ice These flavors still taste pretty good, I rotate in and out of them. What's more impressive is how close they taste to their actual listed flavor. Glacial Grape is exactly like the purple frost Gatorade and Freedom Ice, I kid you not, is literally the same flavor as the three colored Bombscicles we had as kids. It has the lemon, blue raspberry and cherry flavor all in one - and it works really well in my opinion 3/5 - JUST AVERAGE: Mango Madness, Strawberry Mango, Miami Ice, Lemon Lime The mango flavors taste a little too artificial for me - it's hard to recreate the actual mango taste in any product. I couldn't see myself drinking these all the time. Miami Ice is pretty good, it's like a strawberry coconut flavor (i dint notice much pineapple), but kind of average. Lemon Lime is pretty standard lemon lime (not lemonade though). 2/5 - NOT A FAN: Strawberry Kiwi Splash, Smash Apple, Margarita, Black Cherry Black Cherry smells like a Cherry starburst when u mix it, but tastes diluted somehow. It's not as "juicy" as the other flavors. Smash Apple is also chemically tasting. Margarita, i have to say is pretty spot on in terms of flavor (it's a little salty and lime-forward, like the cocktail). Took awhile to get through the tub though because I wasn't looking forward to drinking it after the first time. Strawberry Kiwi is not as good as the Strawberry Kiwi Snapples they used to make back in the day lol. It's neither Strawberry and it's neither Kiwi. I didn't find the flavor very pleasant and I haven't finished the tub from 6 months ago. 1/5 - GROSS: Rainbow Sherbet I was excited at the idea of this one, but the execution just doesn't work here for me. Maybe it's because a creamy ice cream flavor doesn't go well in a sports drink. Strange aftertaste NOT TESTED: Blue Raspberry I generally don't go for the "blue razz" flavor drinks because I don't love raspberry anything. Iv'e heard good things about this one though, and some people say it's their favorite! Overall, I love Xtend. I think there's a flavor out there for pretty much everyone. Helps me stay hydrated - BCAAs probably better when you're training fasted. I drink it intra workout and look forward to having it every day when I lift. Personally, i think the recommended 10-14oz of water is too little. I use the big 24 oz shaker bottles w/ one scoop and it's perfect. Super refreshing. Highly Recommend!!!
