Our central ac quit running on a Friday afternoon; luckily the next few days were fairly cool. I checked the outdoor unit and saw that the dual run capacitor was bulging on the terminal end and as a result one of the wire connectors had shorted on the frame of the ac unit. I ordered this capacitor as a replacement and it was an exact fit. All the terminals were labeled exactly the same as the old one. A quick 5 minute job saved us a lot of money on an AC repair in the middle of the summer. As soon as I replaced it and turned the breaker on, we had ac once again. Works great!
