Spreads like soft butter

I contimplated getting this wax for a while, after sifting thru several reviews I decided to give it a try. I am Extremely happy with the way it applies and removing it is a breeze! The Shine is excellent and there's no residue or dust afterwards. The one negative it has is that it actually makes fine surface scratches more noticeable, which gave me a reason to get the DA out and do some paint correction. Bottom line is if you keep your vehicles paint pristine you'll be happy with this wax, if your looking to make some old paint look good you might want a different product or a Cleaner/Wax combo.

Super Shiny and more Protective than expected

Chemical Guys WAC_201_16 Butter Wet Wax (16 oz) Although more of a "show wax", this product is super easy to apply, and just as easy to take off leaving an incredible shine and smooth surface. It had a nice beading effect even one month plus in nasty winter weather, meaning this wax has some good protective qualities to it, even though it isn't marketed as one. If you are going to take the time to care for your car, this is a super easy to use wax.

Smells like candy

Leaves a deep and rich finish on my paint. Goes on easy and comes off like butter. Plus it smells like candy. Perfect to put on before a car show, cars and coffee, or for a fun canyon drive. Only compliant is that it doesn’t last too long. Of course it’s not designed to, CG has a lot of products that are meant to last multiple washes and rains storms, this is not one of them and it was not intended to do so. Works great on top of jet seal!

Clay Luber, Jet Seal and Butter Wax is a yearly must now. These product are phenomenal and all work really well together. Putting on and taking off is virtually effortless and they all smell amazing. I cannot get over the shine and how easy the car is to keep clean now that its sealed and waxed. Wish I would have had this stuff 20 years ago when I detailed cars! Would have made life so much easier.

Easy off!

Have a new black porsche. Read the reviews and decided to try it. First thought, smells good. Goes on really easy with blue applicator purchased separately, now the real question how does it come off? I purchased three of the two sided clothes, really liked these my god made life easy. Took one hour and my black porsche looks better today then when it sat on the showroom floor. The bottle is big and was full enough for at least 5 cars. Thank you for a nice wax!

As you can see in the photo, someone vandalized my black car with silver spray paint. I was worried that I would either have to contact my insurance to have them cover the cost of repainting the back of my car or take it to a body shop and pay for the entire cost myself. I searched on Google how to remove spray paint from my car. I seen so many product out there that will remove it, but potentially harm my cars natural finish. Then, I seen a video on YouTube from Chemical Guys demonstrating this product removing a spray painted letter "F" from a black vehicle and it appeared to work. I was still skeptical because I thought that there was no way that this product worked as advertised, plus my car was spray painted much worse than the video was demonstrating. But for the cost, I thought that I would give it a try. Much to my surprise, this product is the TRUTH! Absolutely the best product out there and works EXACTLY as advertised. Not to mention the beautiful shine that it left. I am a believer!!!!

The BEST product out there

This stuff is honestly a game-changer! It works good, is insanely easy to use, and as random as it is...it smells amazing haha. Definitely recommend this and pretty much all of their products. I have a white Kia Optima SX and have tried quite a few waxes and washes but honestly nothing has made my car THIS shiny and nice. Top notch product. I'm on my second bottle, and I've also waxed my parents car a few times, and my wife's car a few times. Dark blue car and light blue/purple car. All three colors I've used it on look stunning after. Simply the best hand wax in a short time.

One Of My Favorite Chemical Guy's Products

This is the easiest carnauba wax out there to apply and remove. Just as the name implies, it goes on like butter. One of the great qualities about this product is there is no hazing involved, it is a wipe on and wipe off product. The depth, shine and gloss is amazing for such an easy to apply product. Also, it is worth noting that it has a great smell like the other chemical guys products which is a great bonus when detailing. When combined with a proper paint sealant it provides great protection as well. This is for sure one of my favorite chemical guys products.

This stuff is Amazing! After comparing my newly washed and waxed silver car to my brothers washed silver car mine looked awesome it had a nice glossy shine and the silver just stood out and sparkled. I love that I can apply in direct sunlight it goes on like butter and comes off with ease. I recommend keeping this wax away from trim because it is hard to see until its fully dry and you will have spots. A little bit of this product goes a long way this bottle will be lasting me a long time. I also applied this to all my windows and side view mirrors and it gives them a nice shine and helps when it rains. I did apply the wax and take it off all by hand and it was easy to apply and take off. I Highly recommend this product.

Great product, easy to apply

After buying my black Lexus, I joined a few online detailing forums to figure out the best way to keep my car looking in showroom condition. I was always one to take my car through a car wash and occasionally throw a coat of wax on my car, but realized my new car would be covered with micro-scratches and look like garbage if I didn't take better care of it! I spent hours and hours reading the forums and reviews and came across this product. I purchased this along with one of the Chemical Guys Sealer products, and spent a few hours getting my car in better than showroom condition! I applied a coat of Butter Wax after sealing the car, and the car really popped! The Butter wax applied very easily, and left no streaking- Just a pure deep shine! Great product! My car looked so amazing, that my husband started using it on his cars! Here's a photo of the hood of my car after my 2-step process of a couple coats of sealer, and topped off with a coat of butter wax. I've been using this product for several years, and plan on continuing to use it!
