Nice Portable Solution for Drawing

I bought this for my girlfriend who is into several types of crafts and she has limited space. So, she uses this to store her supplies and sets it up to draw. Works great for that purpose. This is well built and sturdy. It is also less fiddly to set up than the Table Easel that we also looked at. There is a limitation to the size of the paper that can be held, but I would think that 99% of the paper that people would draw on would fit this easel. It comes with an wood pallet if your into painting with oils, but we just use that to hold down the pencils and charcoals she uses.

Great box!

Got this for my daughter who is a traveling artist. Lol meaning she travels throughout the house with her art supplies. This box holds her most recent work in progress AND all of her supplies. Its nice to be able to sit in the furniture again without having to move piles of art supplies! Good quality box.

Perfect carry all easel

Love this easel. Bought it for my 10 year old. It is very roomy inside with plenty space for brushes, paint and even her canvas paper pad. It brings it's own palate with its own storage place on back of the lid to the inside of the easel. It will adjust and accommodate various size canvases for painting. Has handle so it carries like a briefcase. my daughter uses over counter, table or even on floor. Very easy to put everything away inside to store away. I highly recommend this product.

Well worth the money!

This is the perfect easel for people with limited space! It's of great quality, sturdy, and holds a good amount of supplies. When extended fully it can hold a 28 1/4" canvas. It comes with a palette, but I actually don't use it. To me, wood palettes are impossible to keep clean, but to have it as an extra is nice! I have gotten such good use out of this. I can even sit and paint on my bed! Well worth the money

Well built and good looking perfect for someone to use as a beginner

Well built and good looking perfect for someone to use as a beginner. I bought it for my daughter she loves it! It's perfect for anyone tho because it holds everything you could need in space on the inside. Please pay attention to the size and the fact that it is a table top so it does not have legs. My daughter adores it and the practical use of bringing her supplies inside of it. Not having to carry your supplies is so convenient!!

All I have to say is... love it!!!!!! Go anywhere in the city and carry this with you! It’s all you need and voila you can paint anywhere! It is so lightweight and isn’t too bulky lugging it around!

Great beauty of a portable art desk /easel that can be used for a variety of crafts.

This wooden artist box is very nice. I only opened it to make sure nothing was broken. It is actually a birthday gift to my daughter for this Saturday. I am quite sure that she will also like it very much and get a lot of good use out of it. It is a fine product, the wood is beautiful, it is a smart item to have if you color or paint. The palette is a nice touch. It is very unique and the portability is also a nice touch as are the knobs on the bottom so when it is put away or in the car, the wood will not wear away or get damaged. She works for the YMCA so she may carry it to and fro. The handle will make transporting easier than carrying a bag. I am going to order another one for my other grown daughter who colors as well as paints also. Her b~day is coming up too.

Nice piece. Good value. Couple of thoughts.

Very nice piece and worth the money. Be aware that the wood is unfinished. Spend $10 and apply a quality finish and maybe some polyurethane to protect. You'll be glad you did. Another thought, some soft foam on top of your storage will fill the gap between the sections and the top. That will keep everything from scattering when you pick up by the handle.

Plenty of storage.

Got this as an Amazon Warehouse deal for $28.57. Packing was a little beat up, but the easel is in perfect condition. Plenty of room for a lot of paint and equipment. The dividers in the storage area do not come all the way to the top so your paint can tumble into a big pile when you stand the case up. But if you have a palette that will fit then it will keep the paints in place. Personally I have the New Wave Art Easy Lift Peelable Palette, which I highly recommend and it will fit perfectly.
