Great product and a tip to fix the Ozone smell.

The SoClean is wonderful. The ozone smell people complain about is real. The fix for that smell is super easy. Run the CPAP with the heating element feature OFF for about 10 minutes before you put the mask on. That will blow out the OZONE smell or knock the edge off enough for me that it’s not bothersome. I’ve been using this equipment daily for about 60 days with no issues and getting quality sleep. I feel SoClean is worth the money.

Really like it

So far really happy with the machine. Other people have said they can’t stand the ozone smell, but I don’t mind it, it smells clean to me. I wasn’t always good about washing my gear everyday, but now I do. I’ve noticed I don’t sneeze from allergies like I used to, an immediate result.i it’s expensive, but worth it.

SOCLEAN CPAP CLEANER

My husband and I are thrilled with the SoClean CPAP cleaner. It is easy to use, and every night we get a clean smell from our machine. Both of us use CPAP machines. Before we bought the unit, I hand washed the masks each day, and it became a chore. With the device, I place the mask and tubing in it, and that is all I do. The machine does the rest. I highly recommend the product for CPAP users.

Great machine! It cleans on my schedule. The hoses, reservoir and face pieces all have a clean, sanitized scent. It doesnt bother me, but i read some reviews where this smell was an issue. I tried an experiment one night. While getting into bed, I took the cpap out of the SoClean 2 and let it set outside of the unit for 5 minutes and then put it on. I didnt smell the sanitized scent.

GET THIS NOW. MAKE THE INVESTMENT IT IS WORTH IT My husband has had a cpap since 1989 and keeping the hose and mask clean can be challenging because you have to be so careful with what you CAN use. He also has asthma and a aortic tissue valve. So, this is great to make sure it is getting clean hose mask and all. Please invest in this if you have a cpap. I know it is a lot of money but it is so worth it for the healthy benefits. I hope this helps in your decisions.

Easily sanitizes all your equipment

Has a great set of directions and videos on the manufacturers site to help set up the machine. Works very well to sanitize all your equipment every day. I called customer assistance about a few questions and they were very helpful. I discovered that the filter and the cleaner are included so you don't need to buy either of these to set up the system. Please note the machine operates for a short time but you have to leave the mask attached to your tubing in the machine for 2 hours afterwards in order to complete the cleaning and sanitizing treatment. There is a strange smell that remains in the chamber and in any water you have in the equipment but emptying the water and running the cpap for several minutes depletes the odor.

No more washing my CPAP!

Love this product. It fits next to my CPAP machine. It's so easy to put my mask in the machine every morning. It runs at it's schedule time and it's fresh and clean. It came with an adapter to fit my specific machine. I put it together myself without any problems. It's too large to travel with though unless you're driving. So if you travel with your CPAP, you'll have to take the travel size wash along that came with the product.

I think this works really well and I'm happy that I got it. My only quibble is a small thing. It's hard to open it with one hand. If I press the open button, it takes a fair deal of force and the entire unit tips over. If I rest my hand on the top to keep it from tipping over, the spring isn't strong enough to open the lid. The spring is fairly wimpy, so I would suggest strengthening that.

With everything you hear about biofilms, we purchased this for our father so that he'd enjoy an easy, self-programmed, automatic means to clean his CPAP machine and attachments. He's been very happy with it so far. The automatic timer runs the cycle daily, and is finished well before he needs it that evening. The initial set up was a bit bewildering, but there are excellent videos on YouTube that walk you through the process. It's an excellent value!

Love It

I read reviews until my eyes were crossing. I don’t know what other people are complaining about. Setup was simple and I notice no odor at all. It has a clean scent but nothing overwhelming. I wish I had purchased this a long time ago!
