Fantastic but....
My 3 year old operates on me three times a day. Need I say more? The only negative aspects are that the plasters are an odd size, designed to fit on two fingers. The blood pressure arm piece is so small it can only fit around an adults wrist (could easily rectified this). Also, sadly it doesn’t come with a doctors coat. If you order the coat separately you end up buying an extra stethoscope kit. Other then this it is an excellent sturdy medical kit, kids imaginations run wild!

Great!
My 4 year old son LOOOOOOOVED this toy. He was so excited when we got this for him on his 2nd birthday. If your son/daughter likes to play doctor this is a must!! He played with these so much that almost 2 years later he still plays with the glasses, phone, and, scissors. However he was disappointed the phone didn't actually work lol

He'd been coming to checkups with me and was super into the doctor's tools
My three year old received this as a "gift" from his new baby brother at the hospital. He'd been coming to checkups with me and was super into the doctor's tools. He has played with this set every day since, it's a total hit! We didn't realize the phone made noises until a few weeks had passed. Put a battery in it and viola.

Works great for training dogs to accept vet treatment - kids will love it too.
Purchased this to use to get my dogs used to going to the vet. I start by showing my dog the tool and rewarding the dog with treat, and gradually work up to touching the dog with tool - treat reward, then actually pretending to 'use' the tool on them for treats. It has been a great way to get them to accept handing and all types of vet care they may one day receive, and not be stressed by the use of strange tools on them. I think kids would have fun with it as well, a nice variety in the pack.

My little physician in training is having fun with this!
My 4 year old is enjoying himself playing doctor/nurse/patient. He likes the stethoscope which makes a coughing sound and a heartbeat. He especially likes giving his mommy shots. The sphygmomanometer aka blood pressure instrument could be a little better. I compared this with many other sets and I'm more than happy that I chose this one. Lots of instruments to choose from and he's learning compassion and caring for the body.

Paging Doctor Baby
Our 2 year old daughter really enjoys going to the doctor, so when we got her this, she was able to relive those moments at home. All of the parts are great and she especially loves to check ears and heartbeats. The container is nice and solid and holds all of the pieces well. The smallest piece is the adhesive strip, which is still large enough to not get lost. Two items I find strange: Glasses - Do all doctors wear glasses? Does this denote intelligence? As someone who wears glasses, I can assure you that is not the case. Not particularly offensive, just funny to have included. Pager - While I was told these are still used within hospitals because of issues with cell phone reception (and there is also a cell phone) I found it to be a blast from the past to see this included. Again, absolutely nothing wrong with it, just an interesting item to have.

Worth the few extra bucks!
Unlike other reviewers, my box did not come with a child in a white doctor coat so there was no issue there. I love the various tools in this doctors kit. I love the fact that it came ready to play — no batteries needed. The stethoscope and cell phone make noise and I did not need to install anything. And what I love most of all is that the matches in the box latches are made in such a way that if your kid pops them off, they pop right back on. 10/10. Would definitely buy again!

The doctor is in!!!
We bought this as a gift for our daughter on her third birthday. She is about to turn six and still loves playing with this kit. After researching several sets, I finally settled on this one. It included such a variety of authentic looking medical tools. The set includes: a stethoscope, pager, cell phone, forceps, 2 bandages, thermometer, pager, tweezers, scissors, glasses, name badge, blood pressure, syringe, a plessor to check reflexes, mouth mirror, otoscope, medicine dish, and scalpel. The cell phone, pager and stethoscope are all battery operated and make noises. I can not tell you how many times we have had check ups. Sometimes multiple times a day!!! She also likes to set up a pretend play hospital with her dolls and stuffed animals. This really helped my daughter get over some fears she had when going to the doctor herself. Now when we go in for routine checkups, she points out all of the instruments and explains them to her nurses and doctor. It's quite cute.

Super fun and popular toy!
Our niece just loves this set! She plays with it all the time! Kit has so many fun items! I was so happy to find one kit like this on Amazon. I thought she would like it when we bought it but wow she absolutely loved it! Nothing better than a happy kiddo! Very happy with my purchase!

Pretend and Play Doctor set
My three year old Grandaughter loved this. We ordered it for her birthday, and she didn't put it down the rest of the whole day! The stethoscope thumps like a heartbeat and the cell phone works with addition of a couple of batteries. Its a cute set and the case is very sturdy and should last for a long time.
