Would highly recommend. I always take this with me on my trips oversees. When having fun and traveling it’s easy to forget about drinking water cause of the adrenaline and Dehydration kicks in but, with one pack of this it’ll keep you strong and going!! I’ve tried other electrolyte packets and found this taste and effectiveness the best! I bought this pack for my brother for his Puerto Rico trip and I know it’ll keep him hydrated for sure.

A bartender gave me one of her “extra tubes” of RecoverORs one night when we were celebrating overly much. She thought I would need it the next morning. I didn’t exactly “need” it for a hangover but I took it anyway. I’ve been hooked ever since. I am a RecoverORs pusher. I bought my mother a box because she gets dehydrated easily living in Arizona and on many Rx meds. Works perfectly. My grandson was mowing the lawn and got overheated. I put a tube of powder in a bottle of water and he was better before finishing the bottle. I carry them when we travel. Airplane travel has to be the worst for dehydration but I can’t tell that we are dehydrated anymore because we use them religiously.

I purchased this for my husband and I to take on a 16 day cruise, to ensure no days were lost to over indulgence. We used it the first 2 days to feel better due to a bit of nausea getting used to the boat -worked perfect. I then used it New Years Eve..and I felt great the next morning. I respect that the responsible thing to do is not NEED this - but if the wine is flowing during your holiday party - and your a bit..middle aged..drink this and you will feel brand new the next day! Note: I did use LiquidIV one time, as a test, and I needed another one in the middle of the night. There is too much sugar and it did not metabolize as well. Just my opinion. Safe Hydrating.

This product is a good fit for me for rehydration due to Inflammatory Bowel Disease and Short Gut Syndrome. I really appreciate that there isn't extra color, etc, that other products add for entertainments sake. I don't want the extra 'stuff' in my body. I find it very easy to drink without seeming excessively sugary, which my body and my teeth really appreciate.

Whenever I get anything that dehydrates my body, this is my go to response. Much better than gatorade, easier to use and overall safer because it doesn't have the high sugar of gatorade. It doesn't have the flash, either, but it works great. I feel better right away and this puts my body back into equilibrium fast. I just finished a bout of intense nausea, and got this going as soon as I was able to keep things down. Had previously used it for regular dehydration due to heat and over-activity as well as a more serious case of food poisoning. At every point, this is what helps fastest, easiest, with a decent flavor and no extras. I recommend it to family and friends all the time.

I purchased these after I nearly gave myself a Mallory-Weiss tear following a particularly bad episode of food poisoning. I couldn't even keep down water for a while, so I was very dehydrated when the vomiting finally subsided. I ultimately wound up getting some pedialyte, but purchasing and storing pedialyte is somewhat inconvenient. These are essentially pedialyte concentrates, and work wonders after food poisoning, hangovers, or dehydration of any kind. Highly recommend.

I have used this for recovering from plane flights, traveller's diarrhea. The taste is much less tart than Propel. In comparison, it's almost bland. An unanticipated benefit was it's effectiveness against low levels of restless legs. Although I have normal ferretin levels, I still get restless legs (RLS) intermittently. I took one packet, and within an hour it was gone. Don't know what the clinical basis might be, except electrolyte imbalance. A friend who has severe RLS was NOT helped by this, so it's not a panacea for RLS.

This product does exactly what it says it does. For reasons not worth going into, I can't take OTC pain killers at the moment. So often after working out, having a few drinks, just not drinking enough water, I get headaches from dehydration. These alleviate those headaches. They hydrate me really fast. When we go out, I will drink one packet before we go out, one when when I get home and one in the morning and I feel fine the next day. My husband recently had a nasty cold and these really helped him to stay hydrated during his recovery. He also said he noticed how quickly they worked. The taste isn't as bad as some have alluded to. I can't imagine someone hating the product so much they can't stomach the taste. I don't have a very adventurous food palate and I'm usually the one who can't stand the taste or texture of something. If you mix one packet with one cup of water, you can basically drink it in one gulp. Also, I have always had really dry feet. I've tried every single cream and lotion on the market. Last time I got a pedicure they told me that my dry feet are the result of not being hydrated enough. Since drinking these on a somewhat regular basis, my dry feet have gotten much better. These work. I plan to use them with my colonoscopy prep tomorrow.

I work a lot, but I also like to drink, and unwind with a few (or several) glasses of wine. Sometimes I'll have something too important to do the following day to be hungover, or even if I don't have anything to do, I just want to feel good! Anyways I've tried a number of different hangover "cures", from B vitamins, to coconut water, electrolyte tablets, Pedialyte, etc, and I must say that RecoverORS works like magic. Pedialyte probably works equally as well, but the bottles are very expensive to be drinking on a regular basis, and RecoverORS taste a bit better and is easy to bring with for travel. I drink one right before going to bed, and when I wake up and roll over in bed I expect the headache to hit me, and it just isn't there! If I'm still not feeling 100% percent, I may drink another satchel in the AM, but I generally don't need one.

Excellent product. I have a tendency to get seriously dehydrated by just about anything, ranging from sickness to exercise to having wine too late at night, so I've tried a lot of electrolyte mixtures. This is the best! It dissolves quickly, has a pleasant but NOT too sweet taste, and really seems to do the job of plumping up those cells! I'm looking forward to trying it after my next trans-Atlantic or other long flight, too, since jet lag also seems to be related to dehydration. I also gave it to a friend who was sick from chemo and she found that it helped her with nausea.
