I purchased this bike for my grandson's Christmas present. It was easy to assemble, looks good and well made. (Mongoose product) this was his first bike, so he was thrilled. He tried it out, but the weather was too cold for an extended ride outside, so he wanted to ride it indoors, which was not allowed. I would recommend this product for a 7 year old child's first bicycle.

This went together easily and quickly. I’m pleased with the quality and look. This is a nice bike and a great price.

I bought this bike for my 8-year-old last year. I wanted to wait at least one summer to write a more accurate review. Great bike son is very happy and we are too. Just be aware the hand breaks out of the box don't work that well they need some adjustment and the pads need to be worn in. A great tip for that is before you actually assemble take a little piece of sandpaper and scuff the pads.

I checked the box carefully whenn I got it and made sure all parts were there ! a month later took it o NC for my grandsons birthday and put it together there It went together real smooth The threads on the pedals were Too smooth I had to use Loctite the next day Not an issue Ive used loctite on my sons and MY bike since I knew what it was WAY back in the middle of the last century.

Overall quality and finish is GREAT, no issues whatsoever with assembling. Bicycles are multi system machines requiring some basic mechanical knowledge and abilities to properly assemble and fine tuning.. suggest if you are limited in your understanding and abilities make your fully assembled purchase from Walmart, Target or local bike store. On line purchases are great value, don't expect a free lunch...

I paid for the expert assembly which was totally worth it and so quick (10-15 mins). The box arrived with a smashed corner, which I didn’t realize until the man picked up the box to start assembling and the front reflector fell onto the floor already broken. That was the only flaw though, which was probably the shipping companies fault. We took the training wheels off easily. Little dude loves the bike. Perfect fit for our 8 year old. Cool bike!

Good looking bike. Very solid with allen wrench gooseneck for handle bars. brakes are good. 50 inch tall 7 year old.

Bought this for my son for his 8th birthday and he loves it. Very easy to assemble and is well made. It can be adjusted to various height and length to accommodate most children in his age group. Was very easy for him to learn on so it is a very good beginners bike and I am sure it will last a few years to come.

Wasn’t hard to put together at all! Took about 30mins have to make sure all the parts are tightly done

Bought this for my 6 year old son for his birthday. He loves it! Fits him perfectly, and something he'll probably be able to use for a few years.
