The microwave was quickly delivered in good condition. Be sure to read the start up instructions. Many people said they don't like the beeping when pressing buttons and this CAN be turned off. The light is on when its running and when the door opens. The sound is no louder than my old GE that died. The look is smart and so far I am happy with the operation. The only issue I have is that it doesn't have a quick 30 second button, only a quick minute so you need to put less time in manually or adjust the power down lower. Over all I am happy and would buy it again provided it lasts as expected.

Admittedly, I just received this microwave oven today. However, I want to report that, unlike others have reported, the door to this particular microwave oven opens easily AND the light goes on whenever I open the door (not just when it's cooking). As others have said, the microwave oven does seem louder than my previous microwave oven and, it seems to me, it is because it delivers microwaves constantly to the food. I say this because my previous microwave oven DID get loud intermittently. Considering its overall size, it is remarkable how large the interior is: roughly 13.5 inches wide x 14 inches deep x 9 inches tall. I say roughly because that's the size for the opening. In fact, the interior walls and ceiling are indented providing more room. I ordered this model because the next size up was too big for my needs. That version had 4.5 stars and great reviews. So I was excited to find this smaller version and ordered right away. I did not read the reviews until after I placed my order. Oops! Here's hoping this one lasts and does not die within 3 - 13 months from the date of purchase like other reviewers have reported. Fingers crossed!I UPDATE: It has been roughly 9 months and this microwave is still functioning perfectly.

Our old microwave that my wife had in college (1992) finally died. We did a bunch of searching and researching and ended up with this one - which we knew seemed similar to our older one, but when it came, realized it was simply a newer version. At first I was a bit bummed, but then I realized, the old one worked simple and was great. We don't use many of the "sweet" features they try to sell you on. But it warms things up. It defrosts things. It will keep things warm. It works well and is big enough for most things that our family of 7 eats.

Very special product delivered as stated and works great the sensor buttons are great, over heats the items being cooked after sensors convert to countdown that is a need to be read to stop it over cooking, if you use this button, just stop it when final countdown clock starts, love this feature. Do not hesitate to buy it, For my circuit very powerful as it trips the breaker when I use in conjunction with another on the circuit so that is impressive. Timer/clock great feature.

Our old Panasonic died after nearly daily use for 15 years. I did a lot of research on Amazon, and found this one. We have white appliances in our home, and it was nice to find another white one. One caveat: I drove a Semi for 16 years over the road. I made my own coffee in truck stops and used their microwaves. I've used about every kind of micro you can imagine, so I am using that knowledge reviewing this one. Overall, this is a great unit. That being said, it didn't sit level on the counter and I had to shim the front rubber foot so it didn't wobble. You would think quality control would find things like this out. The door does open by pressing a button, which I thought would be a deal killer, as I've seen units with broken buttons, hard to push, etc, etc. This one is very smooth and easy to push, and the door swings open easily and nearly fully, so you can still hold the dish in one hand and open the oven with the other. Now, the main reason I bought this besides the color, was it's nearly the same as the old one we had, so the learning curve on how to use it was very flat. The buttons are arranged a little differently, but that's not a big deal. Cooking however, is vastly changed. It cooks much hotter and faster than the old one, and following the instructions on the package produced an almost burnt dinner. (I do the cooking and we don't eat a lot of pre-packaged meals, but heating veggies, coffee, etc is the primary use.) My wife said she reheated her coffee and the sensor part worked great and the coffee was just the right temp. The ring under the glass tray is smaller, but the trays are the same size, so we're keeping the old one just in case. Other than the above, it's really a nice oven, works as it should, and looks nice in our kitchen, at a reasonable price. Bon Appetite.

So far, I really love this microwave's features. I was worried because of bad reviews about poor customer service and product breaking soon after delivery. I have only had it a few weeks so I still worry that it will break as in other reviews. But for now, I love it. Easy to set and easy to use. the defrost wonderful because it runs full time at 30% rather than running at 100% power for 30% of the time to defrost. Sensor reheating has been perfect. No problems at all. Since other reviews were so negative about repair problems, I truly hope I got a good one and not a lemon. If it keeps working the way it has.......I will continue to be thrilled. The inverter technology and sensor technology is well worth the extra cost.

So far, I'm really impressed by this unit. I had a previous Panasonic and it worked beautifully, except, at the end, the door had to be slammed, then didn't work at all. I was initially leery of buying another Panasonic; but upon researching the reviews, the company kept coming up to the top of the lists. Then, I found this one - it has a notch so the door will close with a light touch - I was sold and so happy to continue with Panasonic. It has many features that I'll probably never use but should. It's easy to clean and with 1200 watts, it's one of the highest powered units available. I chose this smaller unit to take up less space; but it did not disappoint - it still has a 13.5" turntable and does everything I need. Shipping was quick and it was packaged correctly. No wonder it's a best seller from Amazon!

My previous microwave died and after doing a lot of research on line, I decided to purchase this one. I've had it about 3 months now and really like it. It's super easy to use, and after a week or so I learned I could just punch in a number (for seconds) and hit the start button. Prior to that, I was using the "quick minute" button and then hitting "stop/cancel" after counting down a few seconds. The reason for using "seconds" to heat up something is because my very spoiled puppy likes her dinner slightly warmed. A minute was way TOO hot. This is a powerful microwave when it comes to re-heating things and I've learned to cut down the time compared to my old microwave. Same for cooking. I love the exterior size (true to the dimensions given in the description) and it is very spacious inside. My older model was much bigger (exterior) - but the revolving glass tray from it is exactly the same as this one. Now I have a spare if I break one. I'm very happy with this purchase and do recommend this model.

I chose white--looks exactly as shown. It has cook sensor-- choose the number of the food type from the legend inside the door(see my pic), push start--no guessing, cooks it perfectly. Has sensor rewarm, also. The timer alerts bother some people (sleeping babies, etc)-- you can program them not to ring. Light comes on when door opens, is on when cooking--can see food. Spacious interior. Can choose a delay start, can preprogram cooking stages (so many minutes at this power then so many minutes at another power-- I think you can program cooking pauses, too). Can choose "keep warm" up to 30 minutes . Was light enough for this senior lady to unpack and place on shelf over the stove. The only thing it can't do is crisp--those micros cost way more, are bigger, and too heavy for my shelf. I love this one and the price is good. Prime=no delivery fee. Ps: any negative reviews about bubbling of the button handle--the person probably didn't remove the protective cling film which you can't see at first.

Bought the first of this model around 2014, second one jan 2019 after a kid overcooked a cookie in it (5 minutes) and I couldn’t get the burnt smell out. (Clearly NOT the fault of the microwave oven!) Amazon reviews did not convince me that any improvements had been made to inverter ovens in the past 5 years, so I did not try an upgrade. Why tamper with a good thing? My prior oven (and my new one) never had even a hint of trouble. Especially like it for heating things like the morning oatmeal, which is easy to dial to 50% strength for 5 minutes, and it never oveflows (on other / prior microwaves that are not inverters, the oatmeals bubbles up then down then up then down and eventually over the top.) I’m sorry, I never used fancy features except defrost, which worked extremely well also. Incidently, it is possible to set this oven to be completely silent — need to follow the instruction sheet. I don’t mind the loud beeps when you push every button, and the five loud beeps when it’s done (even opening the door doesn’t stop the 5 beeps) but I could imagine people being annoyed. The microwave is not silent when it’s on, but not too loud, a sort of whirring sound. Wish the plug in back were a flat plug, but you can buy a flat plug angle piece if you need the room. If the (3 prong) outlet is directly behind this oven, count on placing this mcrowave oven 2-3/4 inches from the wall. Otherwise, it can go flat against the wall (depth is 15-1/2”, counting a rectangular area projecting out in back.) enjoy.
