Exactly what I needed!

Installed an automated Garage Door opener, a WiFi automated accessory, and a Nest camera. Three devices with only two grounded outlets. At first, I threw a simple power strip at the top of the garage, which laid haphazardly and just looked awful. Then it occurred to me...why not just split one of the outlets using a splitter plug? This one from Cablelera received many positive reviews. Upon receiving it I was delighted to see that I got two sets. Once again I didn't carefully read the description and got two of these for under $12. Nice deal. The quality of the splitter is exemplary in quality. Nice, thick wiring. Certainly does not look cheap. As you can see in the provided photo I was able to make use of three devices with only two plugs in my garage. This is exactly what I needed! I would not hesitate to recommend this extension/splitter

Heavy Duty and Completely Waterproof

This product is heavy duty, it is used outside in constant rain to attach two led floodlights to one fifty foot extension cord. Does not fade, crack, or show any wear unlike the orange extension cord which faded in the blistering southern sunlight. Buy it.

Exactly what we needed, no more, no less - a perfect solution

My husband and I recently bought new bedroom furniture, and the nightstands have built-in outlets. Two outlets = lamp and alarm clock for each of us. Except... my husband also has a CPAP machine. So, in order to plug that in, something else had to go, or we had to add a single outlet somehow. There was not really enough room in the hidden niche where the outlet is built in to the nightstand, to feed a power strip through, nor did we really want to do that just to gain one extra outlet (and nor did we need a surge protection feature). This simple gadget was the perfect solution. Small, efficient, exactly what we needed. It was really nice to come across this rather than having to buy something bigger, more costly, or with a lot of other features we simply did not need (nor want).

This is the product for you. Do you have big goofy Adapters that won't plug in side by side? This is the product for you. I use this product to plug in my computer monitors, I used to have different monitors that could plug in next to each other on the power bank I use, but then these new monitors came along with big stupid goofy adapters. Suddenly, the one who needed to adapt, was me. I bought this product and it worked. Like I expected it to. Will it tie your shoes? No. Will it fix your marriage? No, unless you were arguing about plugging stuff in, but I got news buddy, this isn't going to save it forever. Will it work? Heck yeah.

A PERFECT SOLUTION FOR MY TWO LAPTOPS

What a cool and useful product. I have a heavy duty 3 pronged cord setup for my laptop. I just got a new MacBook Pro laptop; and want to use them together for screens and just for the never ending abilities of all Apple laptops. This adapter cord is also heavy duty and has a short cord that plugs into the longer cord (that’s plugged into a wall socket. With this ‘splitter’ I have a tight and powerful way to connect both laptops next to each other. I have my laptop on a rolling table (similar to the meal tables in hospitals); with the main very long cord being under a large cabinet and TV table which allows for me to move this table with my laptop close to my favorite chair! But now I can bring them both around and not risk power or having a large surge strip to drag because I just need two ports for the two triple plugs. I have never really needed this specific setup. So I usually use either a heavy duty cord with one socket; or usually a well made and configured for my desire. So I was surprised that I hadn’t used this type of adapter before! I really recommend this when you don’t have to supply 220 volts; but you also wish to always have plenty of power to charge your important tech like a laptop or two. And you don’t need the additional socket ports.

Invaluable

I used it in a Smart Outlet strip to plug two computers into the "control" (blue) outlet so that if either or both computers are on, the items plugged into the (green) outlets (USB printer, speakers, monitor, 5-port switch) turn on/off with the computers. The Smart strip has a sensitivity threshold adjustment that I had to tweak to get it to work. Prior to this I was using an industrial size cord with 3 outlets that blocked one of the "continuous" (red) outlets and now with this cord that outlet is no longer blocked. I am only rating the "Value for the money" feature as it's too soon to report on the "material quality" or "durability". When I did my calculations for power loading, the two computers at max output would consume 8.4 Amps, but in reality are closer to 3.5-4 Amps with all the peripherals, so I could have probably gotten by with an 18 AWG cord rated for 10 Amps. I did not want to go with the 15-Amp cord as it too would have blocked one of the adjacent plugs.

Split extension cord

Exactly what I needed. I recently purchased a bug zapper for my backyard and already had landscape lighting there as well. The landscape lighting is triggered when it gets dark and I wanted the bug zapper to work the same way. I purchased this split extension so I can connect both the lights and the bug zapper to the same switch box that is triggered on when it gets dark. It functions really well without any issues and is safe to be left outdoors.

Great adapter problem solver.

Nice and sturdy, works well. I had a spot where I had two AC adapters to plug whose conflicting shapes (one vertical wart and the other horizontal) meant a normal 2 in 1 adapter would not work, and a power strip was too bulky. So this was perfect alternative to solve the problem and I doubt I would have found this were it not for Amazon searching.

Worked perfectly behind my wall-mount TV!

This worked perfectly for me because I needed 3 3-prong outlets behind the TV that I mounted up on a wall. I had an outlet installed behind it, however, I forgot that I needed an extra outlet for the streaming stick that we wanted to use. Because the box was recessed in the wall, I couldn't use a traditional triple tap adapter.
