I love the flavor and texture of this tofu. I like how the taste is not overwhelming. My favorite part of dinner!

My favorite. It's sprouted so the nutrition is higher (protein). I cube it, dust with season salt or garlic salt or dry rub. Then I toss it with a little corn or tapioca starch and pan cook in a tablespoon of oil to crisp it up. Once crispy you can put some sauce on it (or not). I like garlic black bean (spicy) or orange sauce or peanut sauce. But I like just a bit... So yummy. If I make it without veggies I can eat the whole package.

Great for vegetarian

Chopped it up and pan-fried it up with some spicy Korean sauce, tossed in with some noodles, and froze for meal prep. Tasted great thawed and reheated!

My kids love this. Tastes great.

This tastes really really good. I'm not a vegetarian. However I give up meat for Lent annually. I discovered the baked sprouted tofu a couple of years ago through Irv and Shelly's Fresh Picks. It looks disgusting. Looks are deceiving in this case because it has a good hearty texture with a rich savory flavor. Its not a jiggly crumbly tofu. If you're trying tofu for the first time or giving it a second shot, this sprouted baked tofu is to plain tofu as Cadillac is to Datson.

So good. But in the last couple of years the pkg. weight has gone down and the price has gone way up. Cheaper at Trader Joe's.
