Waterfall channels keeps rinsing out of their eyes
This is a very clever baby item. The channels work so that the water is very easy to control and keeps the soap and water out of my baby’s eyes when I rinse his hair. I really like it for rinsing his neck where they have the baby fat and all the spit up gets trapped in there yuck. I can use the lip of this to really rinse that area well after I have soaped it up. When they hit the age where color and contrast is exciting they will delight in this bright blue and yellow whale. I bought the whole set with the kneel pad and elbow pad and toy holder. It is very cute but this is the most useful item.

Finally. Tear-Free Bath Time.
My daughter was born with A LOT of hair. One day I was rinsing my newborn baby's shampoo out, using a large plastic cup, listening to her wail, and thinking there has got to be a better way. I wasn't impressed with Munchkin's cup, at all. Then I found this bad boy & it has changed bath time completely. Fast forward to my baby being 7.5 months, and this cup is still loved everyday. PROS: .Very durable, sturdy & thick plastic. .Plastic has a matte texture, so it's not slippery. .Cup stands on it's own perfectly (some have complained that it doesn't..those cups must be defective). .Has a silicone lip (yellow). No other rinsing cup has this style of lip .Silicone lip (yellow) is very soft and gentile on baby's head. Leaves no marks. .Silicone lip is pretty large. Easily covers my 7.5 month old baby's forehead. .Keeps baby's face dry. Which is amazing because ALL babies hate water in their face. .Grooves along the inside bottom of cup evenly distributes water as you pour. Like a waterfall. .Holds a large amount of water. Two cups can thoroughly rinse out shampoo. .Great price. It's even lower now than when I purchased it. .Adorable, modern design. .Doubles as a fun toy for baby to play with. CONS: .None. This cup is honestly amazing. It's a necessity for anyone that has a baby or toddler.

I highly recommend this!
We are waiting for second child and decided to buy this rinse cup because of good reviews, we were not disappointed. Our 3 years old loves this bath rinser! So easy to use, and so large! It holds a ton of water . It's great for rinsing off baby's head. You can set the plastic rim against baby's forehead and dump it and rinse away. It's so soft it's completely safe and comfortable

My husband wasn't thrilled when I purchased this for use Bathing our daughter but after he used it once he couldn't stop saying how much easier it made bathtime and no more daddy soap tears makes it worth it for our family. Hope you try it too your family's worth it and it's a little kid-ling essential 😊

Simple but Highly Useful Tool
This seems like such a silly purchase, but after buying it and using it for the first time we kicked ourselves for not getting it sooner! Our 2yo daughter became fearful of getting water in her eyes when we rinsed her hair. We tried everything: a coffee pot (which actually worked quite well but we weren't keen on having glass in the bathtub), Tupperware containers, plastic cups, etc. Bath time became really stressful and something we dreaded until we started using this. The lip at the edge of the opening really does an outstanding job of preventing water from flowing in the child's eyes, and the whale design is rather sweet. My daughter loved it right away, and it instantly turned around her bath time experience.

My son hated when I washed his hair before I got this!
I purchased this rinser two and a half years ago and it helped my son get over the anxiety of rinsing shampoo out of his hair. He refused to lie back to rinse shampoo out of his hair, which left me pouring water on his head, with soap running into his eyes. It was a traumatic experience for the both of us. It is super easy to use... Just fill the rinser mostly to the top, have your child look up a little, holding the whale in a vertical position, place the yellow rubber portion against his/her forehead, and slowly tilt the whale into a horizontal position. If water is spilling onto your child's face, you have too much water in the whale or are tilting too soon. Repeat as necessary until soap is out of the top of their hair. Then, fill the whale up and pour it on the remaining hair (that is away from the face) that has shampoo in it. It can also be used to make rinsing soap off the body easily.

Works as intended, whale to the rescue!
Our baby doesn't mind having a cup of water dumped over her head, but I felt like a bad parent during bath time. Picture this: Baby is squirming around in the tub, wet and slippery. I'm trying to keep water and shampoo out of her eyes with my hand while dumping a plastic cup full of water over her head, but she's slippery and won't hold still. I attempt to time it correctly, but she jerks away, my hand slips, and I end up accidentally waterboarding my own child. Shampoo contaminated water suddenly engulfs her face; she coughs, squirms around more, kicks her legs out of anger, and sucks water up her nose. It's a disaster. BUT WAIT!! Whale cup to the rescue! It has a handle so your hand won't slip off. It holds A LOT of water, so you only have to rinse their head once. And it has a handy little silicone ridge that contours to your baby's (bulky or misshapen) forehead. Now, my baby can keep playing while I rinse her hair, and the ridge keeps the water off of her face. Plus, no more timing errors because I can keep the ridge pressed to her forehead as she moves. 5 out of 5, would recommend to other parents.

Hair rinsing whale
Got this to help less trauma for my 3 year old grandson bathing experience. It works. He plays with it until it's ready to be used as the hair rinsing. It's just right. Grandma likes less drama/trauma and more happy faces. It holds about 2 cups of water, maybe a little more? I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Great!
Washing my toddler's hair was always a nightmare. He screams, he runs away, he hides behind the shower curtain, you name it. I tried the visors but they didn't really work and I didn't have high expectations for this product either. However, I was pleasantly surprised how well this works. The cup has a nice weight to it and it's cute. The rim fits perfectly on the forehead and is actually very effective at keeping water out of their eyes. I have my child look up at the ceiling and just use small amounts of water and it is so easy to wash his hair now. It has been a game changer in our bath time routine.
