Exactly what I needed!!
This was exactly what I was looking for -- hold pendaflex, and are narrow enough to be stored on a bookshelf (where I have mine). You maybe need to have my situation to appreciate it, but it was perfect! If you want to hold files in something other that a "milk crate" (I've got those, too), and have it look sleek and neat, these are the things to get. Very, very happy with my purchase.

It holds lots of files, and even our classification folders fit - happy with the purchase
I got these to hold working files for my employees, so they could transport files from the back room to their desks and still keep them organized. They work pretty well. PROS: It has a handle, it holds lots of files, we use classification folders and they fit well CONS: The handle hole is a bit sharp (instead of being rolled for comfort) and it's in an odd place so it tilts when you carry it (but not so much that files fall out) INFO: The plastic is flexible, not rigid. It's thick enough. It doesn't appear to be the kind of plastic that will easily crack, so I expect to have these a while. The long sides bend in and out when you handle it, but it doesn't feel flimsy. It does not fit in our desk drawers, so they sit on the desk or floor. Check out the measurements if you want to use them inside a drawer.

Great organizing tool.
I know some people had issues with broken or cracked containers, but I’m glad I took the chance and ordered. My set of 6 arrived in its own box, designed specifically for this product. No damage at all. The file boxes are sturdy and well made. I am very pleased. They’re great for organizing and storing the kids’ school papers that they are saving for studying for finals and state tests. I’ll probably order again when these are full...

Homeschool closet organized!
I just received these today so I can’t speak on durability but these really helped me organize the clutter I had in our homeschool supply closet. I love these! I can easily slide them in and out of the shelves and transport back and fourth from wherever we chose to sit down and work. They are a tad wobbly but I did fill each one to the max. Inside of them I have educational posters, pocket charts, felt, construction paper, acrylics, curriculum, flash cards, happy planners, etc. These are incredibly handy! The first two photos are the “After” photos. And the last two photos are the ones I took when I started arranging things. So you can kinda see the mess I had before. Not anymore! I can find things easily! I love that they’re semi-transparent so I can get a gist of what’s inside each one without it being totally clear and visually cluttered. I may add some chalk labels or picture labels to these to finish it off If this review was helpful, please leave a thumbs up! 👍🏼

Sturdy. These have not "brittled" to crack or warped ...
Sturdy. These have not "brittled" to crack or warped to twist. Very handy for how i needed my files to be stored. Update: Nov 2015 These are still perfect. Solid, sturdy. No brittle. No chips, cracks, scratches. No warping, they keep their shape. I actually bought, on Amazon, both large size and small which hold less files. I gave some to friends when my filing needs changed. I put sticker labels on them as needed and they came right off.

Perfect for the classroom!
These storage containers are perfect for a classroom teacher! They hold hanging folders, file folders, and two pocket folders very well. I am a junior high teacher, and I purchased one for each class. In it I keep a class set of pocket folders for kids to keep and turn their assignments in, and that's also where I return all of their graded work. I also keep a couple of hanging folders in each as well with any worksheets/handouts/etc that I'll need for that class. I color code each of my classes, and the clear exterior makes it easy to see what color folders are in each container. They are durable enough to withstand routine TEACHER handling and moving, though most likely would not hold up very well if students were the ones to move around (if you're a teacher, you know what I mean). Check out the "customer images" for a better picture of what they look like filled with folders.

Not for files, but for bags!
Well, I bought these not for files, but for storing bags of all kinds. It was an idea I saw on pinterest. Paper bags, reusable bags, glossy paper shopping bags. I had them all smashed under my kitchen sink like most people, but you could never see what you had. I always grabbed the one on top. I saw someone screw them into a wall and then you put your bags in them. Easy to see, easy to access. It worked great! The plastic was surprisingly hard to drill through, which was great. I did crack the plastic on one of them before I perfected my drilling, but it still hung up fine.

Just as good as Deco Files, but at a lower price. Get organized today with this great product.
I've used the "Deco Files" in the past, and these IRIS files are a cheaper alternative -- and they work just as well. I use them for organizing different types of files. For example, I use one for different types of printer labels, another for the different types of envelopes I use, another for specialty types of printer paper, and another for instruction manuals. I have these lined up on a shelf and it's nice to just grab a file box and quickly find what you need.

Wonderfully designed. Useful shape, and size. Sturdy.
I have been purchasing these for a while. I like their upright design. I have all three sizes, this order was for the large. I use them for my files, hanging ones as well. My daughter swipes them for other things, as, their upright design means small footprint. They stack, too. I wish they were still in production, so there would be a greater number of sources. Partially / opaque so labeling is not as critically required. Sturdy enough to use, even, for lugging my power tools around. And cleans easily, they are plastic! And so far, none have cracked!
