great tasting alternative to coffee

TASTE: I love the Crystal Light Energy products -- grape is my favorite flavor, but strawberry is good, too. I find that the strawberry can get a little sour, and I just naturally prefer the grape. I have tried Kroger-brand grape drink mix, and found that the Crystal Light is much better. (Usually I go with store brands, but here the brand name is much better.) This has no chemical-like taste, which the Kroger brand did. SPECIFICS: Each box has ten packets, and you get 4 total boxes (40 packets) with this order. The boxes are pretty small, and fit easily into my purse. CAFFEINE: Each packet of the drink mix has 10 calories and 60 mg of caffeine. (This is about half the caffeine as a standard cup of coffee.) They divide it up into 2 servings, but given that each packet goes into one bottle of water, it seems unlikely that anyone would consume just 1/2 a packet. Sometimes, when I'm really tired, I put 2 packets into my bottle of water. The taste is extra strong and I get twice the caffeine!

Discontinued

The strawberry-orange-banana flavor has been discontinued,so I would suggest you all stock up from the various suppliers here unless you can find some still on the shelves at local stores. It has been my favorite for a long time also. 5 calories per stick, flavors 16 oz of water perfectly

This is exactly what I was seeking. Six boxes that contain ten sticks each. The price on these is great and the peach tea these make tastes wonderful. I use a larger bottle of water and it flavors it perfectly for me. I am very happy with the quality. I have purchased several orders and they are all fresh. I am very happy with the quality of these, and will be purchasing from this listing again. The small amount of caffeine doesn't bother me, but I am a junkie for caffeine. The real test is my Aunt is not bothered by it. She is super sensitive but these don't phase her.

This is a good flavor I add it to sparkling seltzer and sometimes used it for mixed drinks. It does not taste like actual Sangria but I like it, it has a nice mixed berry punch flavor not just a red punch flavor. I a little goes a long way. None of the stores carry it around here, except I did see it at a target recently but I don't get out there regularly.

I use to make green smoothies and Cherry is the only flavor that works for me for that.

Tastes much richer and less astringent than many other C. L. flavors. I like to make 'green smoothies' but because I'm diabetic I can't use the fruit that many people would use, so mine are basically water and greens (primarily kale or collard). However, without some form of sweetening I can't get greens in water down, so I use this. If I use 16 oz of this and 32 oz of water it's enough liquid and sweet enough. I've tried other flavors for this purpose but even if I like them just to drink, they don't work well with the greens. There is something smooth and rich about this flavor that works well.

If You Do Not Like Tea, This Might Change Your Mind

The packets are convenient. Each packet is enough for a 16 to 20 ounce bottle of water. More refreshing and tastier than just water. There are 10 packets per box, and the packets are small enough that you can put several in your shirt pocket for on the go refills. The packets are foil wrapped, so they will repel small amounts of water, but it is best not to jump in the lake with them in your pocket. There is more of a peach flavor than tea flavor in this, which, to me, is much more satisfying than most peach teas. This is also a darker color than most brewed teas, and more flavorful.

Coffee replacement

I am not a fan of coffee, but I needs my caffeine in the morning. I found these in my local grocery store, but the grape is super popular and never in stock. I was so glad I found it in bulk on Amazon (for about the same price). It sucks having to shuck out 30-some dollars for a box at one time, but it beats going to the store and not being able to find what you need. The grape taste is really good, and it seems to have less of that "diet" /chemical taste (I can't remember if it has sucralose or aspartame in it) than some of the citrus flavors. And as far as caffeine content, it states on the box that there is 60 mg of caffeine in one pack. :)

A really good deal for tea drinkers.

I know the price of the these 12 cylinders might seem a bit pricey, but @ $ 6.00-8.00 PER cylinder at the grocery store, makes this a worth-while purchase in the long run. This will last us a few months, even when we double-up for guests. It comes shrink-wrapped in a cardboard pallet so there isn't a problem of missing any. I will purchase from this seller again.

Good taste. With caffeine!

Best tasting Crystal Light flavor. With caffeine! No sugar. Sweetened with aspartame. Just add packet to 16 oz. Bottle or glass of water. Priced higher this time at about $30 for 10 boxes of 10 packets or 30 cents per packet which flavors one 16 oz. Bottle.

I like the flavor of this one

I like the flavor of this one. It doesn't taste like Kool-aid. It comes in convenient serving sized packages that mix easily with typical water bottle sizes (8oz.) The caffeine in this one is also not so much that it gives me the shakes, but it does keep me awake. I would recommend this product for people who are trying to cut down on sugar and soda.
