Perfect for a little princess

By far the best gift my 3 year old daughter ever received. She wears the silver and golden crown EVERY SINGLE DAY. No matter if we go to the zoo, the museum, daycare....she has a crown on her head. She will only take it off for nap time and at night before going to bed.

Granddaughter Loves Them

I’m always happy with “Melissa & Doug” products. This Tiara/Crown set are very cute. They already have my granddaughters stamp of approval. I’m never excited about any toy being plastic. This set seems to be durable. I think the tiaras are made with a stronger plastic than the crowns. They almost seem like silicone or rubber. The one thing that I really do love about these are the “Gems” & Flowers. They aren’t little plastic things that can fall off. They really are kind of an optical illusion (pictures provided). They are inverted. Overall, they seem to be as described. Plus, getting 4 pieces for $10+, it’s a good thing 😃

These crowns are great! I bought them for my toddler and she has not broken one. They are great quality and I LOVE that there's no gems to fall off and potentially get swallowed. I highly recommend these!! update: months later not ONE has broken or chipped. So pleased with my purchase do not hesitate to buy!!

Perfect Tiaras!

These are amazing tiaras for an awesome price! They are well sized for little heads, and they are very flexible so they don't pinch. I especially love how the "jewels" are just beveled with shiny paint, instead of fake gems that inevitably fall off. I had previously purchased tiaras from Claire's, but they were stiff plastic so every single one broke! These are a great addition to any dress-up wardrobe, definitely recommended!

Princess Tiaras

This is an adorable little set of tiaras. I bought this for my neighbor's 3 year old, who loves to play "Princess." She loved having enough tiaras for herself and her friends. The tiaras themselves were SO CUTE! They are good quality, they have a little tiny bit of "bend" to them, so they don't break easily. They fit the girls' heads very well. I have always been pleased with the "Melissa and Doug" products, and this set of tiaras is no exception:)

Perfect Fashion Accessory for a Toddler Princess!

***Updates are located at the bottom of this review.*** ***Original Review*** My three-year-old daughter has been in her princess phase for a little while now and she kept using her dolls' tiaras on her head since she didn't have any of her own. Luckily Christmas was coming up so I did some research on dress-up tiaras to find the nicest ones without spending a lot of money. Most of the tiaras I came across had reviews where they broke fairly easily and then I found these Melissa & Doug ones! We have some products by Melissa & Doug so I already knew to expect very good quality. I was delighted to see that we could get four tiaras and crowns for a pretty decent price so I ordered them. On Christmas morning, my daughter was ecstatic to open these and wanted to wear one right away! There are a total of four pieces: two tiaras that fit like a headband and two crowns that sit on top of your child's head. There is one pink tiara and one purple tiara with fun, vibrant colors painted on to resemble jewels. The tiaras are made of thick plastic that have held up amazingly well so far. There is one gold crown and one silver crown and both have a couple of comb prongs on each side on the back so they stay in place. Just like the tiaras, there are pretty, bright colors resembling jewels and they are also made of thick plastic. I am very pleased with the quality of these. She has played with them nearly every day and they are still in great condition. My daughter has an average-size head for a three-year-old and they fit her nicely. I am so happy with the quality of these tiaras and crowns that I am looking to get her the accompanying dress-up wands for her birthday so she can have even more fun! If you are looking to purchase a crown or tiara for a little girl for dressing up or birthday parties, these would be a great choice. Overall, the price per headpiece is much better for four of these than you would pay individually for many of the other ones I've seen in stores or online plus the quality is excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these if for some reason we lost some or wanted more for a birthday party. I highly recommend these tiaras and crowns! ***Update 10/16/2016 - My daughter received these crowns and tiaras for Christmas last year and still loves them! She plays with them daily and they have mostly held up nicely. I included a picture of the three out of the four we have left because these three are still in great shape after months of use. One of the crowns broke in half when I accidentally stepped on it and, even with super glue, we were unable to repair it. Considering the other three are still in perfect shape and the fourth only broke because of an accident, I am still keeping my five-star rating.

Best tiaras on the market, great gift idea!

After looking in stores forever and being disappointed by the offerings, I went with these tiaras only due to the brand name (Melissa & Doug has wonderful products!). I wasn't disappointed and my toddler is overjoyed. She has gotten hours and hours of fun with these, they fit her head perfectly, stay on and don't hurt! The "jewels" are actually just areas with metallic paint and so I don't have any fear of them falling out or causing a choking hazard. I highly recommend these for any of your little princesses!

Sturdy & Well Loved

I bought this multi-pack of crowns after the crown that came with my daughter's Elsa dress broke after about a week. I figured I'd be going through these crowns pretty quickly, so I wanted reserves on hand. but it's been over 3 months and we're still on the first crown I gave her! These crowns are well made. Plus, I like that they don't contain jewels that could be a chocking hazard: the "jewel" areas are painted. With a younger child around, that makes these crowns even better. (From the child perspective, my 3 y/o loves her crown).

Exceeded my expectations

These are great! Easily fit toddler heads (and even Mommy heads on occasion :) don't get tangled in sensitive hair and stand up to rough play! I am throughly impressed with how flashy and bejeweled these look for not having any separate pieces attached. The plastic is indented in the shape of the jewels and then painted with some sort of very shinny paint that doesn't chip or flake. I was hesitant to buy our toddler costume jewelry for fear that the pieces would come apart and pose a chocking hazard to our infant. These solve that problem and look as though they will last for years of princess dress up. I would buy again and gift in the future!
