Quality piece

This review is for the "Eyelet Terminal." I purchased this to connect my dash cam via Ford's Upfitter Switches in my truck. I zip-tied the plug socket under the dash. I plugged a USB charger in the socket and then plugged the dash cam's USB cable to it. It worked out perfectly. This is a quality piece. I dare say somewhat sexy! If any problems arise I will update my review, but as it stands, I recommend.

Very useful in isolated locations

Good quality item and surprisingly useful. I needed this to be able to power my little portable 12V compressor in the basement to charge my well pump accumulator, rather than lug my really big AC air compressor across the yard and down the steep basement steps. I have a spare 12V mower battery in the basement and this allows me to use this adapter with ease to adjust the bladder pressure. It is also proved useful to inflate a flat mower tire at the far end of the yard and power my almost dead cell phone when working out in my shed with no AC power.

Amazing! Every MC needs this for air compressor!

If you carry an air compressor but cannot use it because you blow the fuse from the auxiliary DC jack, buy this battery DC jack now! You bypass the motorcycle dc jack dc fuse and use the mc battery directly! I was able to use my mc battery and air compressor to fill up both the front and rear tires in less than 5 mins! Before, I had to use my car DC jack to power the air compressor. No more! Also, no more tossing a coin to see if a gas station air compressor is working. Now I know I will be ready to fill my mc and my riding partner(s)' tires anywhere and anytime!

Bad luck with splitters.... Until now!

I have never had great luck with cigarette lighter splitters, until now that is! I have always had problems with splitters getting loose in either the male end, female end, or both. This one, however, has been great. I purchased this a little over a year ago now, and it's still working today as good as it did the day it arrived. If you've had bad luck with splitters in the past and looking for something a little more heavy-duty that simply works, then you've found it.

Don't blow your car fuses

It works. Built-fuse is easier to replace than a fuse for your car. If you've ever used an air-compressor from your CLA [cigarette lighter adapter], you've probably had the experience of consulting your manual to replace the fuse that may have taken out half the lights on your dash and rendered your car charger unworkable. Connecting a 12V battery directly keeps your car fuses intact allowing for quick, reliable direct connection. AND it's nice to turn any battery into a car charger as needed.

Works like a charm

Used to connect JDM Astar's interior ambient LED kit, which uses a cigarette lighter adapter for power, in our Flex. Cutting and splicing the JDM line would have voided the warranty, and this is why I purchased the NOCO. The quality of this product exceeded my expectations. I did use electrical tape to secure the male adapter to the female connector. Once the proper fuse was identified, I connected a mini fuse adapter to the NOCO... works like a charm.

It's as good as a Y splitter gets

It's as good as a Y splitter gets. Made multiple purchases of these already and here I am back again. It's a very premium product, heavy gauge cables, used them for years without any problems. An LED on the tip insert to let you know it's getting power. Only wish there was a lock to hold them cigarette adapters in but this happens to all adapters... Why can't they make a lock? Perhaps for some safety reason? Anyhow, this is the one to get until that comes out.

Very high quality!

Very good quality cord! I needed this because my dash cam uses a cig lighter style plug, and I wanted everything hidden away. I hated to cut the eyelet terminals off because they are so well made but I had to so I could splice it into the 12v power under my dash. Everything is now hidden away and looks professional. I need to hide away the cable for the radar detector in my wife's car, so I'm going to order another one for it.

Very good quality product

I installed this 12V Adapter Socket on my Golf Cart so I could use my portable tire inflator and other 12V accessories. The cables are thick to be able to handle the current, the connectors are made to fit right on the battery terminals, and the fuse (15 Amps) is encased in a nice rubber section to keep it waterproof. Also, the 12V socket has a nice rubber cap which keeps out dirt and water. This is a top-notch product and I am very happy with it.

This works great! Been using it 24/7 for about 8 months ...

This works great! Been using it 24/7 for about 8 months now and still going strong. I have a fridge plugged into it and occasionally it has lost connection. Whatever you plug into it make sure you shove it in ALL THE WAY...I mean REALLY shove it in so it stays put. My lost connection was due to it slipping out just enough to break connection. I have not had this issue since stabilizing the plug and cord so it won't move around at all.
