Great Range and Clarity! Highly Recommend!

We are a company who uses these radio's to be able to communicate to employees in various areas of the property such as the warehouse, loading dock, and others who are located on top of or who are running various equipment. It is a very loud fast paced environment and safety is always a concern. These radio's have really surprised us and surpassed our expectations. Previously, we have purchased more expensive better known brands and have been less then satisfied with their distance, clarity and replacement cost. The Retevis H-777 Radios we purchased were a great price and have phenomenal range and clarity. I also love that everyone has the option to use the ear piece to keep their hands free. We highly recommend these radio's and will be back to purchase more as they "loose" them.

They work. And work great. Simple as that.

We do a podcast which involves numerous on location events. The big issue has always been communication between the various ground crews. Director talking to stage director talking to camera operators and so on. We decided to finally fix that problem. Couldn't be more happy with these radios. We all love them. The one issue might be getting them in cradle to charge. Its no biggie just a little loose for good charge connection. Like I said though, it's really nothing. You'll love these.

I was skeptical because of the price but these walkies have greatly increased the efficiency of our team. We work on close proximity but now we can have conversations and solve problems without the additional leg work. It also is faster and easier to get phone calls to the correct recipient since several of our team members are always on the move. We just tell them over the channel and they can grab the nearest phone. We have had a few complaints about the earpiece but other versions are available for a relatively low price. The earpiece doesn’t bother me so I guess it is just a personal preference. We did have two earpieces not working properly but the company actually contacted me and replaced it very quickly.

Great product and customer service

These radios are Awesome and work great for my company and myself. They come in crystal clear in the building I work in and have all kinds of features if you truly need them. They are simple to use and easy to set up. The customer service is outstanding and very helpful and responsive. The cost is very reasonable for the product and service that you get. Trust me you will not be sorry for the purchase you receive.

I never post reviews, but I truly had to in this case. I thought the price was awesome but worried that we would have the same problems we had when purchasing other two-way radios in the past. I am happy to say that these are the best!!! Previous radios would not work in our metal shop and the range never went as far as described. These radios do the job and then some!!!! I am about to purchase more!!! If I could add more stars I would!!!

I'm holding it for a friend...

After finally convincing my employees that I am not a drug lord (the packaging looks like a Kilo of cocaine arrived in my mailbox), we are very pleased with our radios! Everything looks to be in order although one radio seemed like it had been to a hypnotist and was told to forget the number 6 (when changing channels). But after sitting for a little bit, it seems to be working just fine. Extremely happy with my purchase thus far!

Great!!

These are great radios for the price! They out preform your standard 2-way walkies by a lot. they do not have a call button or lots of options but who really needs all that stuff anyways. typical range for the radios are 2-4 miles on rolling hills, 1-2 very hilly ground, 4+ if you are on top a hill or flat ground. could go farther with the larger antenna. Radios seem to be well constructed and good batteries, voice quality is also good. Do not hesitate to buy these if you are looking for a good low cost radio. i was surprised on how great of range these radios have.

Excellent radios, excellent price, excellent customer service!

Purchased these radios after reading reviews to use in a 17,000 sq ft historic concrete building during an event. Radios worked great. Had some issues with a few of the ear pieces, and they were replaced immediately after I contacted the company. Excellent experience, will use these radios again and purchase more if needed!

Work Great for our Squad's Communication

I bought these Radio's with the hopes they would be effective for Squad Communication, and they work perfectly for it. Me and my buddies play the sport of Airsoft. We attend Military Simulations, as well as host our own small games. Squad communication is essential for putting a plan into action, and these Radio's made that easy. The custom earpiece is awesome, fitting onto the ear with ease and staying in place well. The radios themselves work great, outside and inside. Our first field test was in an old factory, and the comms came through loud and clear no matter how far apart, or what section of the factory we were in. The battery life was great as well, lasted the entire operation. We're going to be checking to see soon if we can edit the frequency in the radio itself as they weren't very compatible with other radios. This shouldn't be hard though. However, this shouldn't put you off buying them, they work great. All in all, these radios are worth the money. And here, its cheaper than most other radios on the market. Ease of access, good battery life, and great sound.

10 Radios for under $150! and they work great! I bought them again!

I bought 10 of these radios in June 2017, along with programming software, cables and upgraded earpieces. The radios performed so well, we bought 10 more in July 2017 for a total of 20. At this price point, I have kept my expectations in check as I have several $300-$800 hand-held radios. These radios have exceeded my expectations in every way including ease of programming and range of service. We have a had a few hiccups along the way, (my) operator errors and Retevis answered my email inquiries within hours and sometimes within minutes! Try getting that service from the big radio manufacturers and I have radios from all of them. Thanks Retevis for manufacturing these radios.
