It does what it is supposed to do!

First of all, I see so many negative reviews... Most of them consisting of how the batter leaks out etc etc etc. First of all, this is an extender. It is meant to fit inside of your sheet pan! EVERY sheet pan is completely different. If you can find an extender that fits EXACTLY to the right fit of your sheet pan then good for you. If this product does not satisfy you then buy a cake pan that is all in one piece with straight edges, mind you they can vary in prices! Overall, I LOVE IT.

Great Buy for commercial use, not for the home cook!

Excellent quality and so much more cost effective than any other supplier. Because its designed for a full sheet pan, it is too large to fit in a standard oven but perfect for the commercial oven. I am a pastry chef, and have used it daily for over month now. It withstands high and low temps in the ovens and doesnt warp in the dishwasher. Soooo glad we bought this instead of the $200 one from a top of the line supplier.

Works great with full size sheet pan. Only issue is that it is not that easy to clean and to separate from the sheet pan itself. Cake comes out great
