August 2018 EDIT: Added pictures for size reference. Also I have been using these for over a year and they haven’t broken or lost “chewiness”. Great product! Original review July 2017: I chew these for a few minutes after I put my trays back on, or especially when I change to a new tray. It helps them sit better and definitely helps with the pain, at least for me.

Just like the oned I get from the dentist. Takes a day to break them in, so be patient.
