What’s the catch? Answer: nothing that I can find !

I have to admit when I first went to the tire store and found out that the tires I needed for my 2010 Infiniti G 37S luxury sports car were $225 I was very skeptical when I found these Achilles tires on Amazon for only $65 . I couldn’t help but ask myself the question what’s the catch? Are they rejects? ? Are they Square instead of round? Are they going to fly apart once I drive them up to 80 miles an hour? I have since put about 5000 miles on them and I can tell you with 100% certainty there’s no gimmick no catch involved here. They may not be the most expensive awesome tire you can buy but I feel comfortable in saying that they should last you somewhere between 15 to 20,000 miles which seems to be the average of most tired I’ve ever owned . Yes you can push tires to 30,000 miles but usually you’re running on some pretty low tread by that point . Yes I’m a real person, not somebody they paid to do this.

Pontiac G8 GT

Installed these on my Pontiac G8 GT with 19" Pontiac rims. Not sure what others are expecting, but these are working great. I have 3000 miles on the tires and they are quiet, smooth and look great. I use Blizzak tires on different rims in the winter and personally wouldn't want to use the ATR Sport 2 tires in the winter. I found a place in Burnsville, MN that demounted and recycled my old Bridgestone Potenza summer tires, mounted the Achilles and did a great job of balancing all for $16 per tire (I had to mount wheels on the car for that price). The tire price seems to move around depending on the time of year. I'm very happy with the purchase at a great price and will consider Achilles all season tires for my Wife's Yukon Denali in the future.

I put these on my Mustang. I'm very impressed with the tires fit very well and size was 245 45 19s all season, tread was chunky alot of meat on those tires.. I bought a whole set! And I'm happy with my purchase .. I will buy again

Wonderful tires if your thinking about just get them.

What a deal! I bought those for my 2011 Infiniti g37s coupe with 19 inch wheels. Can’t say anything bad about them, I spent less than half the price for all 4 tires installed with alignment at a Infiniti dealer! It’s been over 1000 miles and far better than the Bridgestone potenza that come stock with the car. Less road noise. Remind you the potenza are $318 each, at the dealer. Achilles tires are more smother and quieter and can still corner well. They don’t have a stiff sidewall as the potenza but still very sturdy. You won’t miss out.

The tires perform great for daily use. Have not tracked or abused the tires. These are on my Genesis Coupe as a daily. Some reviews have complained about road noise, not an issue with audio on to low to mid setting. Driven roughly 5,000 miles on them and they look new. The tires perform well during rain as well. Overall, I have not noticed a difference between other tires costing 2x to 3x.. However, if you drive super aggressively or take your car to the track, confidence your tires will perform at peak usage might be worth more than what these instill. Would definitely buy again for daily driving!

Truly a High Performance Tire at the right price.

I have ran these tires about 35,000 miles on my car now. I went through my first set pretty quickly because of camber wear, but am about 20,000 miles into the next set of tires now and they are down to 6/32 (just long enough to make it through winter, replaced suspension arms with adjustable between sets). These are a really great set of tires. Wish they were easier to find local.

I purchased a set of 4 tires for 2011 535i ( two different sizes front and rear ) Great performance tire, I recently had Bridgestone and Michelin brand ($450 each), Anyway, I really don’t notice any difference between higher price brand named tires. I had for 5 months so far, no issues. Runs just smooth and quiet. Also the manufacturer date was very fresh. Not RFT, but worthy even I get flat tire.

Great tire fro the price only thing when I took it to Firestone to get it I stalled and balanced the tech said it was not fully balanced because of the tire being cheap but once more you cant beat the price, if your in a budget for how ever long this tire is good for that

I usually do not leave reviews. But i had too! Bought two of these tires Friday afternoon they were delivered the next day (Saturday) afternoon. WOW! I had them installed the same day and they look well and running great! For the price, i am extremely satisfied. No one wants to pay 150$ per tire! This is a bargain!

Tires can be sent to a service center near the buyer for installation (mounting & balancing).

The price for these tires for my 2013 Lincoln MKZ, which were sent to our local Sears Service Center, is incredible- I was nervous there may be something wrong w/the tires; are they rejects? Are they for some virtual car from Grand Theft Auto? Nope! There is nothing wrong w/these tires, nothing at all. Living in Hawai’i often dictates the price of some necessities costing well over what people pay in the mainland for, sometimes doubling or tripling the cost of the product. I cannot express how grateful I am to have saved over a thousand dollars, in some quotes from local dealers, over two thousand dollars. The tires are recommended by my car manufacturer & I am beyond satisfied. Excellent job, Amazon!
