• Low carb bread - zero net carbs per slice = no blood sugar impact. Perfect for diabetics, low carb dieters, atkins diaters, south beach dieters, and more! The ingredients used digest significantly more slowly than normal bread which means you stay satiated longer and your body doesn't turn the excess sugar into fat. This is very evident by the fact that of the 7g of total carbohydrates per slice, 7g of it is fiber.
  • Low calorie bread - only 45 calories per slice. Most low carb breads contain huge amounts of extra fat and calories to make them taste good. Why waste calories when you don't need to? Even low carb dieters need to keep calories low.
  • A perfect bread for diabetics and dieters.
  • Incredibly low GI. No soy or soybean oil. No almond flour. No stevia.
  • Lab tested nutritional facts for accuracy. Taste Guarantee

I received my bread and bagels today. Needless to say I am IN LOVE. The taste is not identical to bread but I think it’s BETTER. It is soft, not hard or grainy. It warms up and doesn’t taste like rubber. I was so satisfied, I felt like I was cheating. I am so happy I tried this bread. Just be sure you freeze any that you can’t eat in a few days. That just goes to show that it is not full of the preservatives that typically comes in store bought loaves. I’m a dedicated consumer to this brand. ❤️

Makes great toast, but heavy. Flavor is light. Chewy if you eat it out if the bag, kind of like artisan sour dough bread is. No weird aftertastes or graininess. I really liked it and ordered some more. No more messy fingers from breadless sandwiches. I admit, due to the heaviness of the bread, which i like, I usually eat open faced sandwiches. It is pretty expensive when you add in shipping cost. But, it Tastes better to me than any other light or low carb bread I have come across.

I have been ketoadapted for about 2 years. It’s been great and I am used to the lack of sugars. I am not a fan of stuff being made into other stuff like vegan hot dogs ( Really? Tofu made to taste like meat?). I have tried other “Low Carb” stuff that either was a poor substitute for the real thing like cauliflower pizza crust or was fraudulently marketed like dream fields. Make no mistake, this is not typical gummy soft wonder bread like bread, nor is it a fresh baguette from a Paris boulangerie. It is a very good bread for what it is. I was a bit skeptical when I saw it on amazon but ordered it. It came well packaged and fresh. I made my favorite sandwich to test it out, bologna, tomato, lettuce and mayo (Don’t judge.). I took a bite and my eyes welled up with tears of joy! It was, to me ,damned near close to the real thing. My mind raced with the possibilities.... French toast!!!...BLTs!!! bread pudding!!!!.....French onion soup!!! Grilled cheese!!! The mind boggles. If you are really serious about low carb eating and miss bread, this might change your life. I cannot wait to try every other product they make . After I ate some slices, I tested both blood glucose and beta hydroxybuterate.... no change. It appears to be the real deal.

I love it because it is bread. While not super tasty - shut up, it's keto bread. I found the texture to be much better after storing in the fridge for a good while. Also good toasted. And it's keto bread! I can have bread, sandwiches, toast...!!!

I love this bread. No. It does not taste like Wonderbread, or whatever you normally buy. But for a person on a low-carb or low glycemic lifestyle, it can make a difference of staying on your diet plan or falling off. I have discovered that using one egg, and almond milk, I can make French Toast (2 slices) and then using a sugar free maple syrup (there are several here on Amazon that are fantastic and made with monks fruit). They are delicious! After months of eggs in various forms for breakfast, this is a deal breaker for me. I have this 2 x a week, and have not fallen off my diet plan and am still losing weight. I even indulged once making a BLT sandwich, but it wasn't the yummer that the French Toast is. Still...when you miss and crave bread, or at least an alternative to the eggs for breakfast, this is it!

Agree with the reviews. Sourdough taste, kind of chewy texture, and wonderful to have bread if one has been living bread-free for a couple of years. I tried the "Honey" version, and it seemed less chewy. If you are not really needing to cut out carbs for your health, then don't buy products like this. Of course, nothing is going to taste just like regular white bread. Some of the other breads I have tried have been rubbery. Reviews from people wanting the exact same thing they were eating before a diagnosis seem unrealistic. This bread is not going to kill anyone or put them in the hospital. Paying more and not eating a loaf a day is part of living a healthier lifestyle. Training your brain to do without sugar in all its easy and hidden forms really helps the brain to appreciate that raw carrots are sweet. If you have not had any bread for months, or years, you will enjoy this, and the ability to make a sandwich or toast with real butter. It's a luxury item, and as such, worth the cost. I do wish it could be shipped collectively to make it more practical to buy more and freeze. As it is, I freeze most of the loaf, and put small bits in the fridge. Takes me longer to use. Maybe better for my health, but for ThinSlim Foods, fewer sales, less often. I consider it a special item to look forward to. To be clear, it does NOT have preservatives like regular bread. Just keep it in the fridge, or freeze.

After reading other reviews I gave myself an extra 20 minutes to eat my first sandwich because everyone said it was too chewy or like rubber. I had the toaster ready but when I got the bread out, I was very pleasantly surprised! The only thing ever so slightly chewy was the crust. The bread was soft and moist. I didn’t have to toast it. I personally think it tastes as good as normal bread! I have never left a review for anything on Amazon but I felt I really needed to express my satisfaction with this product! I love it and it is perfect for my low carb life style.

Like most "diet-friendly" foods I was very skeptical about how the taste and texture of this bread was going to be. However, I was very pleasantly surprised that the bread actually tastes GOOD! I've been doing low-carb for nearly 7 months and had completely cut bread out of my diet until trying this recently. Of course, I still eat it in moderation but it helps cut the cravings and the guilt of giving in to a piece of bread. I liked it untoasted with butter or peanut butter, and thought it was even better toasted as a grilled cheese sandwhich with butter and garlic on the outside. I read reviews before buying and agree that it stayed fresh best by keeping it in the freezer and just pulling out what you need from time to time. I have no information on it's shelf life when kept out at room temperature but at $8 a load I wasn't really willing to find out. I will be purchasing again!

Only low carb bread I buy. This bread is very good toasted or just as a sandwich. Has a much better texture to it then all the other low carb breads I have purchased. I keep one loaf in the refrigerator and two loaves in the freezer at all times.

I'm a Diabetic, and this bread is the answer to my prayers, just the ticket for sandwiches, and toast which I could rarely enjoy before. It's crazy good when toasted and buttered! Great toast with natural peanut butter, no sugar jam, etc.. My personal favorite is this bread toasted and buttered topped with a big spoonful of Honeytree's Imitation Honey-(Sugar Free & tastes like the real thing, 0 carbs) it's my #1 go-to for a satisfying sweet treat! For sandwiches, because this bread is tough right out of the package (& freezer) I soften the bread in the microwave and butter it to keep it soft, or I toast and butter it. I use leftover chicken or turkey meat or make tuna salad sandwiches, etc. Use for bread crumbs in recipes...use your imagination! My point is that if you're on a low carb diet, you should already be clever enough and willing to adjust this bread to your taste, and the rewards of doing so are endless! If you're expecting to receive a loaf of soft white bread, you won't, because you've likely done 1 of the following: Convinced yourself that bread containing 0 carbs can have the texture and taste of store-bought bread; not read the ingredients; not read their description. It's called "Low Carb Bread Plain", it isn't called and doesn't claim to be "Soft Plain Low Carb Bread" ; or you just have high hopes. My bread arrives in perfect condition every time, 💞 and I store it in the freezer. I'm highly satisfied with ThinSlim Foods 45 Calorie, 0g Net Carb, Love-The-Taste Low Carb Bread Plain, and I'll continue to buy it! 😊😊
