Yes, no more worries
I feel like I say this in am my reviews lol but wow what a good deal. The price is way better here then at local stores. I'm using the gate to keep my little short dog out of a certain room in my home, for dine reason he would like to mark things only in that room, its partially ok because I have time floors for easy clean up, but who wants pee in their home, ewe, I don't. It's made of wood, pretty cut and dry on how to use it, didn't need instructions. Workss for me.

Great value for the money, sturdy and well built
I bought these gates to help with the introduction of a new cat to the household. They are inexpensive but sturdy, lightweight and easy to use. I stacked 4 in my doorway to cover all the way from the floor to the ceiling so the cats could see each other but not fight. To use the gate you are supposed to measure the width of your doorway and then set the little metal notch on the wooden bar that runs across the middle of the gate to the number of inches that matches the doorway width. I didn't measure my door, I just placed the gates in the doorway and tried adjusting the metal notch until the tension bar pushed down and the gate was firmly in place. It's not obvious from the instructions but the top bar actually lifts up on the right hand side and disconnects from the bottom bar. This is key to adjusting the gate to fit the door and to removing it. The metal bar does slip out of the correct width notch and needs re-positioning almost every time you reset the gate but it's easy to do. I'm pleased with this purchase and would buy these again.

Sparkle is what I like to call a "pooper
I bought this product about nine months ago for my parents to use with our ailing dog, Lucy. Lucy had cancer and could no longer handle the stairs to the second floor of my parents house. This didn't stop her from trying though and my parents would often wake up to Lucy at the foot of their bed, as she was unable to make it back down the stairs. She passed away earlier this year and my parents put the gate into the basement along with her crate (known lovingly as her "apartment") and the other dog things. However, last month my parents got a new puppy, Sparkle. Sparkle is what I like to call a "pooper." As a 10-week-old, she needs a lot of supervision, so my parents brought this gate back out of the basement to keep her contained. Though she launches herself into it, gnaws on it, and generally lays all the abuse on it, this gate is holding up well! Don't know how it'd be for a human baby, but our dog baby hasn't successfully so much as scratched this thing. I'm a fan.

Great gate for pet owners and parents!
Even those this baby gate is cheap, it does not represent the quality of the gate. I purchased this gate to enclose my patio so that I can keep my dogs outside when they want to be. They are always jumping on the gate and scratching it and it has held up very well. It has not fallen over once and they have not been able to chew through the gate. Due to these experiences, I feel that I would entrust my child with this gate and not worry about them knocking it over on themselves. I would recommend this baby gate to any dog owner or parent looking for a safe way to contain their pet or child. It has very good quality for an affordable price.

Simple wood gates work well for what they are intended.
I got these for $9.99 on Amazon...certainly well worth it. I was concerned because of the mixed reviews, but for the price they are great. The units have an adjustable arm that allows you to fit them to a range of doorways in 1/2 in increments. I marked the setting I was using for each door so I can take them off and back on again without re-measuring and For some of my doors I added a small felt pad so they were snug (see pictures) to make sure they didn't get pushed out by the dog or me hitting them when I step over. I have not had any problems with breakage seen in some reviews, but they're light-weight wood so you can't stand on them or push them too hard.

Simple and easy to install and use
I've now bought three of these to try to close off a door with our new cat on one side and the older one on the other. So far, three stacked don't keep my new cat from jumping and climbing over, but that's not the product's fault. These are an old, but time tested design. They come fully assembled, so you just open the box and install it in a doorway. The two fence pieces slide apart and are locked with a clipping cam bar that you adjust in notches that are clearly marked every two inches. The notches are a half inch apart, so a typical 32" bedroom door opening requires you to put the metal hinge pin in the fourth notch to the right of the one marked 30, then push down the lever until it latches. The rubber bumpers hold it pretty well, especially if you put this inside the door jam so a child or pet pushing on it is pushing toward the door stop. I think a piece of cardboard up top may finally seal my cat in the room. Toddlers and dogs don't jump nor climb like cats, so one or two will likely do the trick and last much longer than needed.

Perfect for our 10 mo. old
Our daughter is a very fast crawler and on the verge of walking and we needed a simple and sturdy gate to stop her from venturing outside out living room. This gate is perfect and so inexpensive! I did have to review the instructions online to figure it out, but that only took 5 minutes. It's low enough to step over and she can't make it budge when she stands up and tries to move it. It's also easy to remove and set aside. There are a lot of reviews about pets on here, but if you need a gate for a child, this works great for us. Of note- the instructions say not to use it at the top of stairs and I agree as a precautionary measure. A gate secured by pressure shouldn't be used. But this gate is perfect for a typical doorway and doesn't leave any marks on the door frame.

Simple and Easy to Use Baby Gate
Absolutely love this gate and the price tag that came along with it. Couldn't find a gate as reasonably priced as this one and I couldn't be happier. We just recently purchased a puppy and we needed a gate to help keep it in it's area for potty training. This gate was easily set and was secure in no time and has worked perfectly. I'm going to have to put another order in for 2 more to put in different areas of my house for when my little nephews come to visit, but I have some time till they travel to my house. The latch is easily secured and doesn't come on down. Our puppy has pushed on it and it hasn't moved an inch from where we have set it. I like the mesh that is on this gate because she can still see through it and see what's going on on the other side which leads her to refrain from pushing on it. A nice built wood gate for a low price.

Great Gate for Pets
Works perfectly at keeping our German Shepherd out of all of our bedrooms and also the laundry room. It's low enough for me to comfortably step over, yet high enough to keep a large dog out of certain rooms. If our dog wasn't obedient and knew he could easily scale this speed bump with barely any effort, it wouldn't work. But my dog knows that the gate is a limit and it works perfectly for us. It's easy to pull out of the box and snap into a doorway and even if the dog bumps up against it, or I accidentally kick it with my foot when I'm rushing to get over it, it doesn't budge. It's a solid product at a really affordable price. I'll probably be buying another one soon to replace an old plastic gate that has lost its shape.
