Using a sprinkle of hemp hearts on my cereal each morning has helped me in a few ways. Aside from the vitamin help it also keeps me satisfied longer between meals. This is very helpful for me as I am on a diet and have lost 15 pounds this past year. As a diabetic for 25 years nutrition is very important. Thank You for providing this product.

I recently changed my diet & am eating less meat, so have been looking for other sources of protein. These hemp hearts are perfect! 3 tablespoons are about 10g of protein. The fat is a good fat, so don't stress that šŸ˜‰ I will put some on top of a banana as a snack. A protein banana! There's so many options to do with them. I love this brand!

I've tried others including more expensive brands. This is by far the cleanest and most delicious of them all. I eat them raw with my morning juice, but roasted the are so crisp and nutty a perfect addition to a salad. Be careful, they toast quickly, you don't want to burn them. Highest marks!

I love these! I buy them religiously and add them to yogurt, ice cream, almond butter, shakes, etc. They don't really have much of a taste. I bought them because I get extremely dry skin in the winter and one of the recommendations by my doc was to add help hearts to my diet. I eat them every day and I typically go through a bag of this in about two weeks. So worth it! My skin has turned around completely this winter. I will never stop buying these!

These Hemp Hearts are very delicious. We sprinkle them on just about everything, be it peanut butter jelly sandwich, salad, over veggies or oatmeal. Much tastier than I expected and very healthy. We fill up a small glass container and keep this on the counter and keep the large bag in the refrigerator. It keeps very fresh this way.

This product arrived on time in a fresh stay pouch packaging. Move over almond milk, I’ve found a new love with an organic bonus I pair this in my Nutrabullet with organic chia seeds & chocolate protein powder to make a nice morning smoothie

I make "Notmeal" out of these. I add 3Tbs of hemp hearts along with 2Tbs ground flaxseed and 1 Tbs. of chia seeds to 6 ounces of water and microwave for 2 minutes. You can add butter, cinnamon, and your choice of sweeteners to it if you like. It's more like a cream of wheat type dish, but it's the closest to oatmeal I've found that I like on Keto. I usually add 1Tbs. of brown monkfruit or swerve sweetener, 1/4 tsp. of cinnamon, a pat of butter, and a couple of pecans or whatever type of nuts I have available chopped and mixed in or sprinkled on top. It makes a very nice breakfast on a cold morning! We also enjoy these sprinkled on top of our salads and I have even mixed these in with hamburger for flavor. Very yummy and good for you!

I normally buy hulled hemp seeds from rawfoodworld.com but w the free s/h from Amazon and the additional 15% off for getting five items or more I decided WTH, I'll get a bunch. I am so glad I did! I love these seeds. They're nutty but not like anything else, I can't stand peanut butter or peanuts, but I'm tired of almonds.. These things can add kick to anything!! Like a banana w Nutella and rolled in hemp seeds. Now we are talking!! I'm drinking a shake w them in it now! My roomie even likes eating them and he was so meat and potatoes all his life... He even recycles now. These little seeds are truly a blessing. Raw is delicious - haven't roasted them yet, but I do like them in my stir fry!!

I utilize the Hemp hearts raw shelled hemp seeds in my cooking everyday. Somedays I make milk from it others I sprinkle over my salads or in cooking. just love the nutty taste. of course I choose organic even though company has both. I am on a quarterly delivery with Amazon so that should tell you what I think of it.

Yes, these are organic, nutritious and absolutely nutty delicious. But, be careful! Why? Because there are a whopping 15 grams of fat in just 3 tablespoons of hemp hearts. That being said for thin, gorgeous hardbodies they are a wonderful alternative to our other usual healthy fats we add in sparingly as we like to keep up our higher than the average major Olympic athlete standard of extremely low body fat to muscle mass ratio. Years ago I was what I call a skinny-fat. Yes, very slender but with not much muscle definition. Joyce and Marthe Vedral changed all that for me and I kept my slender figure but sculpted in abs, biceps, triceps, etc., etc. I changed the way I ate, eating very low fat, and just a few years later I was at the Playboy Mansion, though I declined an invitation to be a Playmate. Later I did become an award winning filmmaker (horror,) no longer do I make horror films. I became a vegetarian and switched to something I call kind logic. But I still keep my gorgeous figure. Last Thanksgiving, (what I have renamed Snacksgiving,) I purchased a bag of these organic hemp hearts for something different. I had never tried them before. I must say I am amazed at their deliciousness. A tablespoon of them go great in an after workout non-fat organic Greek yogurt style smoothie, or a small amount on a small amount of healthy low-fat Dreyers Vanilla Ice Cream. For Snacksgiving while my spouse hooked up our tree swings I mixed a small amount of the hemp hearts in a homemade gourmet trail mix I made with hot non-salted homemade edamame, a small amount of mixed nuts, bits of some healthy sesame crackers, 1 serving (110 calories/no fat,) of Made in Nature Organic Dried Apricots cut with herb scissors, Bob’s Red Mill Muesli, and a small amount Bob’s Red Mill Coconut granola. It was fantastic and gave us lots of energy. We also sprinkled a bit in some of my homemade low-fat vegetarian soup and it was delicious and different than the usual croutons or Parmesan, though it is higher fat than Parmesan. So, I recommend them especially to those that have a long track record of being fit, and staying fit and not a skinny fat or a person that is overweight or in the process of losing weight. For those, look forward to them as something you can add in later and don’t forget about them. For those big, but no fat on them, HUGE, body builder types, well these are quite the handy Omega 3-6 tool, 10 grams of protein and 15 grams fat per 3 tablespoons along with numerous phytonutrients and antioxidants, and a lot better tasting than the usual whey protein/coconut mix, etc. when they take time to add some healthy fat in their eating program. Just remember before eating them they have 15 grams of fat/3 tablespoons. Before you add some to a meal see if you can fit them in without worrying about your figure. Ask yourself how many grams of fat in a bowl of non-RBST Ice Cream, a cannoli, etc. Keep the body gorgeous! -Julie Sands
