Amazing quality for the price!

Our production company use these all the time and have never had an issue. We have yet to have a battery die on us while on set, and the longest we've used them was around 7 hours. There was even a time when someone left theirs on overnight and it was still running the next morning. Clear quality with the earpieces and microphone. Would highly recommend to people who need a bunch of walkie-talkies but can't afford the higher end brands. I will definitely buy these again if any ever need replaced.

Great package deal

It has been a year since our church bought this radio set for our security team. Our church is an 800+ member church that is cement and brick construction. The church complex includes 2 other buildings. We have not experienced any communication disruptions from building to building or building to anywhere in our large parking-lot. We have not experienced any malfunction of the radios or their accessories. We are looking at possibly adding a different ear piece head set but this is due to the age and hearing ability of some of our team members. We have no regrets in buying this radio package.

EXCELLENT RT21 RADIOS

Bought a ten pack of the Retevis RT21 radios with 2 pin acoustic tube headsets. Our Safety Team has used them for over a year with NO problems what so ever. This past year we increased the size of our team and needed more radios. Logical choice was to go with the RT21's , so we bought another 10 pack. When they arrived and we started to assemble battery packs to radios, we noticed a manufacturing error or damage. We contacted Amazon and Retevis and were very impressed with after sales service. The problem was taken care of promptly and efficiently. The safety of the organization we serve relies on these radios to function properly at all times. THANK YOU.....RETEVIS AND AMAZON.

Great

So far so good. This is for hotel use. Normally purchase Motorola that cost $1300 for six. They get damaged or misplaced at hotel. These are much cheaper and worked good in my home during testing. Will have to try them at hotel with one person in first floor and another on upper floor on opposite end of building (5 floors) if it works there then great deal. If not have to go back to Motorola. Will test in a week and update. So we've had these at the hotel now for about 5 months. They are awesome. Tried with one person in upper most floor on north end of building and another on 1st floor opposite end of building. And they work great. This is currently being used in a wood structure building. No static, sounds as good as Motorola. Keep in mind the amount of walls these have to go through in a hotel with one person in 5th floor and another on 1st floor. By the way this is a 17 bay building. We are now going to use this radio at all our hotels and replace the Motorola with these. Hope this helps. Amazing service!

Amazing service!! I'm head of security team at our church and these came in and 2 ear pieces were defective. I messaged the company and they without question sent me replacements! These radios work flawlessly for what we need.

WORKED GREAT

WENT ON A CRUISE FOR 4 DAYS AND 10 OF US HAD THEM AND THEY WORKED GREAT, FROM THE BOTTOM TO THE TOP AND EVEN A MILE FROM SHORE , EVEN THE BATTERY LIFE LAST AT LEAST 10 HRS , I EVEN DROPED MY TWICE AND THE BATTERY POPPED OUT. AND STILL TOOK THE BEATING , I'VE ALREADY TOLD 3 OF MY FRIENDS WHO WANT TO BUY THEM

Great on the job site!

We are a large mechanical company and we purchased these for our guys in the field. They love them! We had one that malfunctioned and the customer support was top notch. Great Radios

I am an expat NYC production guy, These are fantastic, really the clarity is needed here in Africa. We have so many languages and dialects at the same time, clarity is super important. These replaced my 400.00 ea Motorola units ( more than 10 year old and were great while they worked ). I got these with both the standard headset and the " secret service " ear tubes. Having had both the speaker mic and the ear pieces, I would have to say that standing in front of a client and listening to the radio chatter from your crew ( sometimes not good for the client to hear ) makes the ear tubes worth the price alone. The ear tubes are also fantastic with high noise environments. These are not the " pair of 16 mile camping radios for $28.00" The build, the quality of audio and transmission distance is far and above that sort of garbage. I plan on buying several more sets of ten in the future. Thanks again Amazon for the great customer service and always online for a great product at a great price.
