Before I owned these, my life was full of weeping and gnashing of teeth as my bed slid haphazardly across the room, knocking into other furniture and sowing chaos and confusion. But now my bed rests securely on a firm foundation and my heart is glad. Buy 'em.
There is a reason why these cost 10 bucks and have basically 5 stars on amazon - THEY WORK! They are great. I was able to spread these out with all my furniture by putting these on the back legs of all my sofas and chairs. Before, when we sat down on our sofa, it would scoot back like an inch or two from a person's weight shifting it on the hardwood floor. The worst part about that was the screechy noise that it would make when the legs would rub. I no longer have this issue now thanks to these rubber caster cups. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. I also price compared these before buying them with other big name stores. These were the best quality in material and size that I could find for this quantity and price. Excellent product. Money well spent.
We'd been having furniture moving issues for quite a while, and were looking for something sturdy to keep our couch and guest chair from sliding all over our living room (which is all tile!). My Mom found these a long time ago, and we finally got to order a pack and try them out; we love them! They are made of very sturdy rubber, and keep the couch from moving (we even tested it by bumping into it on purpose, trying to slide it forward, and it never budged!), and the guest chair also stays in place now. Might have to get some for my bed as it tends to slide--I have faux wood flooring, and I find most mornings I need to push it back in place again :/ At least I know these are worth the price!
I got this product for my bed to keep it from moving and scraping floor but also from moving during "special activities" and i tell ya this product is great. The bed doesn't move like it did with previous ones so don't worry bout noises or ruined floor. Great buy
Super handy. My dogs run around the house and constantly move the furniture. I tried rubber stickers on the feet of the couch but that just fell off over time. I got these, they shipped quickly and arrived in great condition. Most importantly, they WORK! So far, so good. My couch doesn't move an inch no matter how many times my distance underestimating dog runs into it. Thanks for a great product! My floors are safe :)
Got these along with some smaller ones of the same and some of the screw on ones in hopes that one of the 3 would work for a heavy electric recliner loveseat on a wood floor. These won out as the besst of the 3. The screw on type was OK but would not go on due to mounting issues. The loveseat has 16 feet on the bottom so I used these on the back and some 1 5/8 on the front and no more sliding recliner. I just ordered another 8-pack since this is a very good deal on an 8-pack of these. The only drawback is that to even move it at all now you have to take these out which is a task due to the weight. But that was the goal. It's like it is glued to the floor. I'm a happy camper.
I bought these caster cups because my robotic vacuum cleaner kept getting stuck under our coffee table. I hoped that these casters would help and they did! They raised my table up just enough for vacuum to go under cleanly. I was afraid because of the price that these casters might be cheap plastic but they appear to be made of solid rubber and I think that they will do the trick for a long time! Glad I purchased and would buy them again
Amazing! Changed to a sectional on concrete floors. They were slipping and sliding faster than a monkey on a water slide. Put this bad boys under there and BAM! THAT'S SOMETHING STOPPING POWER!
My sage green sectional was leaving a nasty mark on my beige wall. Just a little over a year in my new home and I was really hating the way it looked. I was contemplating painting that one wall a dark color because the sage/greenish line was very noticeable even with the sectional right up against the wall. I started out with the sectional about two inches away from the wall but every time someone sat on it, it would slide back. I finally gave up and just left it there in hopes it would hide the marks on my wall. I took a chance after readings the reviews and decided to try these anti-skid rubber cups and boy am I glad I did. It!s only been a day, but they are working great. My sectional is again placed two inches from the wall and with these rubber cups in place it doesn't move AT ALL. I can touchup my wall with confidence it won't get marred again! My floors are tile and the front of the sectional sits on an area rug. The package warns that they don't work well with carpet, but so far I'm having no issues. VERY PLEASED at how well they're working out!
Works well. These cups really keep our couch from sliding around on our vinyl floor. I have checked a few times and haven't noticed any marking on the floor from the cups either. We bought them because our couch was creating indentations in our floor. These are doing a good job of spreading out the pressure from the couch legs and aren't making any marks or indentations.
