Must have! Buy it!
I wasn't sure when I purchased this as a first time mom if I'd get a lot of use out of it. I would easily say it's an essential baby product now. It helped so much in the beginning with breast feeding and cuddling with my newborn. I did find in the very initial newborn stages it was almost too fluffy but I quickly learned how to use it properly as she grew and never went back. Dad loved it too for cuddling with baby. It helped so much with tired arms and sore backs, fit nicely while sitting in a glider to rock baby to sleep. We even used it for propping her up for cuter pictures! It continued to grow with our needs when baby started doing tummy time, and finally when she started sitting up on her own. For how many bumped heads it prevented in that phase it was worth it alone. She doesn't really need the support to sit up anymore, but she still loves to cuddle with it. We use it still as a neck pillow every now and then. It's remained fluffy and soft, I will probably be able to use it again with future children. Worth every dime!

Unexpected usage.
This became a must-have for me as a first-time Mom, but not for its intended purpose. For positioning to breastfeed, I've had the most success with the Luna Lullaby pillow (enough that purchased a second). However, my giant, melon-headed monster baby wrecked my tailbone coming out, and traditional air rings or foam donuts weren't helpful. They were very limited in relieving the pressure from sitting: if they were positioned to relieve the tailbone, they would still put pressure on the vagina, which wasn't exactly great immediately postpartum. They also were kinda narrow for my wide hips. This allowed the pressure to be off both areas when seated. Baby HATED being put down, and HATED being in a carrier, so I spent a LOT of time in a rocking chair for the first two months and this was a freaking godsend. I still have to use this for my tailbone every time I sit, and am so glad we bought it.

Excellent nursing pillow
The Boppy is my favorite nursing pillow. As someone who is currently exclusively breastfeeding her second child and spends literally hours sitting around with a leech hanging off of my boob, these are real arm-savers. I still had two from my first child and just bought another two so I can station them around the house. They're very easy to clean. You can toss the whole pillow in the washer. Awesome for poopy blowouts. Bonus tip for nursing moms: If you need to type at your computer and you have the kind of kid who wakes up the instant you remove him/her from the breast, I found that I could stack two Boppy pillows on my lap, set the baby on top, and nurse hands-free while doing work. (This only works while the baby is very young. Once they get to the squirmy keyboard-slapping stage, I wouldn't consider this arrangement safe anymore.)

You'll Use This Pillow Everyday, All the Time.
This is in my top five must-haves for a new baby (and in many other people's as well). I lived with this around my waist for the first 3-4 months of my daughter's life and even now I love it so much that it's coming with us as we fly home across the Pacific Ocean for the holidays. I even used this in the hospital right after my daughter was born and it helped so much when I was learning how to breastfeed. She was so very small and it kept her in a good position. It was also very easy to pack (in comparison with some of the other nursing pillows out there). Now that she's 5.5 months old, I'm still using it for breastfeeding, but it's come to have many more uses. She had some persistent minor reflux (and spit up A LOT), so this helped her to actually enjoy tummy time when propped under her chest and armpits. Also, she's now using it for support while sitting. On top of that, she has grown to absolutely love the pattern (she's always trying to "grab" the animals) and it's even been a pillow for me and my husband on occasion. It is nice lower back support for your rocker and I've even used it when sleeping on my side with my shoulder in the inner space while laying at the bottom of the bed, waiting for my daughter to go back to sleep in the middle of the night (her crib is at the foot of our bed). This has become a staple in our household for many reasons I could foresee, and a few I didn't expect. I highly recommend this pillow to all new moms. All the benefits of this pillow are wonderful and I've never wished I had a strap to hold it around me while my daughter nursed.

More bang for your buck!
I purchased this as a baby shower gift. It was exactly like the picture shows. I personally have another boppy pillow and it is very well made. We use our boppy pillow multiple times a day. I have also owned a few off brand boppy pillows that didn't last as long. The boppy pillows hold their shape longer and are just overall more durable. You spend a little bit more for a name brand pillow but it is well worth it!

Best Nursing Pillow
I have used two nursing pillows: the My Brest Friend and this Boppy. The Boppy is hands down, the best nursing pillow for me. I love that it also has multiple purposes for baby such as sitting up support, tummy time, etc., whereas the Brest Friend pillow is no more than a nursing pillow. I'm still using the boppy and my son is 9 months. It also is A LOT easier to clean. My son vomited on the Brest Friend pillow, and since it's just a big chunk of foam and the label says not to wash it, I had no choice but to throw it away (by the way, I did wash it and it shed huge chunks of foam). I will definitely purchase another when the next baby is born.

Cute and great pillow
I love the peaceful jungle slipcover. Very cute, and everyone who has seen it has commented on how much they love the pattern. I really love the boppy pillow. It is nicely firm, and it has made breast-feeding a lot more comfortable a process. My son fits nicely on the firm pillow. Our lactation consultant recommended another popular brand which we use in-office, but this is the better pillow for me, and I am thrilled I bought it. I did have complications from my labor/delivery so using the pillow was slightly difficult and uncomfortable in the first couple weeks due to extreme edema (it was so bad that it did include the abdominal area), and my husband does not like the pillow since it does not fit comfortably around his body for bottle feeding. Although it fits a variety of body types, I could see some fit issues for larger than average folks with this type of pillow. Just something to keep in mind, but I really like the pillow and recommend it for most individuals.

Must have for nursing moms!
This is a must have for breast feeing moms. My wife loves this pillow, it makes breast feeding our infant so much more comfortable. The shape fits perfectly around her waist and allows her to balance our daughter with ease for long marathon feeding sessions without too much discomfort. Breast feeding takes a ton of effort and time so any little thing that makes the task easier is worth the money in my book. The cover is washable which is great since it will eventually get messed up no matter how careful you may try to be. The animal prints are fun without being too busy so overall, I have no complaints.

Purchased two!
First off, I am a new father to a young man. I live in a two story home and walking the stairs every time I need to move an item is a hassle. I do it, just as i'm sure most of you do. Now on to the Item. The Boppy Nursing Pillow. This pillow is great! I love it, I purchased two! I use it for everything from holding my elbow up, to letting my little guy take a 5 minute tummy time session. This pillow has numerous uses.
