Very relaxing and absolutely works

Aside from the price, these salts are awesome! Don't know what else to say. I'm a dude that works out a lot and gets weird muscle tears. These salts absolutely help. Words of caution though, you might be induced to fall asleep in the tub listening to Enya. Don't go out that way.

Relaxing & Effective!

After not working out for over a year, I decided to kick-start my exercise routine and joined a 6 week CrossFit challenge. While this was a great experience overall, it came with the nasty side effect of massive soreness. One of the coaches recommended epsom salt as a way to ease soreness and muscle tension. I am so glad I listened! Using this epsom salt in a bath after working out made a significant difference for me. It helped ease the soreness so I could continue living my life as normal instead of struggling to walk up the stairs because of the pain. The added benefit here is the super relaxing Lavender scent! I don't even really like Lavender, but this smells heavenly and helped me relax at the end of the day. Not sure if it was just the scent or the exhaustion from my workout routine, but it definitely helped me fall asleep. I also like the velcro closure- makes it easy to reseal between uses without needing to use a clip. Is this significantly better epsom salt than the bargain store brand? Not sure, but I feel better about the quality of ingredients because of the reputation of the Dr Teal brand. When you're naked in a bath, that kind of thing matters in my opinion. Does it smell way better than the bargain store brand? Absolutely. Will I buy it again? Absolutely.

I cannot praise this stuff enough. I'm a personal trainer and do my own power lifting refining on top of working a full time job. My body takes a beating. I decided to use this after I pulled my back after a heavy squat workout. Omg. Stuff is magic

I cannot live w/o this product.

I cannot live without this product. Totally relaxes me and detoxifies for real. My skin is so soft and I am so relaxed afterwards. It's kind of unreal. But it's so not. Menstrual cramps, aches, stiffness and swelling really do subside. I just wish they made it bigger. If you take 2 baths a week, you could go through it in a month or less. I get really sad when I am low. Everyone needs magnesium sulfate w/ the added benefits of clay this has it all! The smell is fresh and clean. All my friends and family are hooked also. Try it, you will see what I mean.

Must have for Runners and Athletes

I have never been a believer in the homeopathic medicine and bath soaks and creams and salts and such. I had been struggling with lots of calf pain due to running until I finally listed to my wife and started taking hot baths with this after long or fast runs and the next morning I felt like new. The most important part of training is the recovery and this adds so much to the recovery and shortens the down time so that you can get back into it

These are amazing! As a runner, Epsom salts are just a part of life. This brand, however, has been the best brand I've used thus far. It dissolves really well and the scented ones I've tried are very relaxing. I'd recommend it to anyone.

These Epsom salts have a strong smell, and it’s so good! You can really pick up the hints of basil, bergamot, and citrus; which creates an absolutely intoxicating aromatherapy experience. Most scented Epsom salts have a mild smell that disappears quickly but this stuff is everlasting! I highly recommend it for anyone with body pain because it really does help!! I suffer from debilitating neck/shoulder pain and I put a whole bag in my hot tub/jacuzzi and soak for about 20 minutes and the pain sort of just melts away. This product can also be used as a body scrub when mixed with coconut oil or whatever carrier oil of your choosing.

My feet love these salts!

I bought these as a foot soak when working at a cattle guest ranch all summer. My tired feet thanked me every time I soaked. Salts dissolved well in warm or cool weather, both fragrances smelled great. The fragrances were very strong so I would tone it down with unscented salts if I used as a bath soak. I'll definitely buy these again.

Bought this as a stocking stuffer-ish type gift for my husband to help on leg day. He loves it and I've tried it and like it as well. The fragrance can be off-putting for some but the strongest scent I get is menthol, which doesn't bother either of us. If you are sensitive to artificial fragrances or essential oils- this is probably not the product for you. I noticed that- when used as directed- there was a slight cooling sensation that I really liked. It was soothing and spa-like to me. We both really like this product and I have purchased 2 more bags- 1 for him and 1 for me.

Purchased for my dad, he's an over worked mechanic and takes Epsom baths regularly. He doesn't make a fuss over what kind, but when he tried this he actually called me to tell me how good it was. The scent is his favorite. The price was good, too. Win win for me. Definitely repurchasing.
