SImple and inexpensive. It worked fine for me. But this is not a universal one size fits all design. From the picture it shows the front coming straight down. Mine is more like C clip. That front side comes down but has a 90 degree bend that comes back. That has to grab onto something otherwise there Is no support for your Kinect. There is also an adjustable arm that has to rest on the back of your tv. So as the weight of the Kinect is pushing down and pulling back, the C clip in the front keeps it from going back and the adjustable arm in the back keeps it from falling down. This is what supports the weight of the Kinect. So if your tv is very flat in the front and thin in the back. Many TV's today fall into this category. Plasma TV's come to mind. This clip probably will not work. I'm guessing a lot of the negative reviews were because of this.

I just moved to an apartment and had to switch things around...suddenly there was nowhere to put the Kinect for my Xbox One. I've got a slightly older TV, so it's thicker than the newer models. This TV Mount Clip does exactly what I need. It was easy to unfold, and while it didn't look like it would work, just hooking the flat front rim on the top front of my TV caused the back arm to find the right angle to hold itself up. The Kinect snaps onto the base by squeezing the buttons you see on the sides of the Mount Clip, and you're done. I liked the way this works, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to top-mount the Kinect for their Xbox One.

I bought this to attach my Kinect to the top of the tv, which the top reaches about 4 ft. off the ground. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and keeps the kinect away from the curious hands of my two year old. I use my Kinect for zumba and it from this position it perfectly catches all my movement if I'm standing 4 ft away as it's designed that you can tilt it downwards keep it straight (or point it up) for accurate detection. The only thing that bothered me is at night when I'm watching TV, it was it looks chunky on top of the tv and distracted me, but I found a genius fix that I throw a washcloth over it (the same color as the wall behind) and it's the perfect camouflage. This also hides the kinect sensor (I'm too lazy to disconnect) from detecting me, I feel like I'm being watched if it's on and I'm not using it.

Fits thin LCD TV well and securely holds the Kinect in place.

Awesome - works great. Prior to this we had the Kinect on the counter in front of the TV which usually blocked the TV remote. Everytime we would go to use it (Kinect) we had to reposition it. This was ok until I noticed that everytime I turned on the XBOX One it didn't see me so didn't log in as me; thus I had to relaunch my games from the startup. Quite annoying on some of these long load up games. This mount worked great on the Samsung TV and holds the Kinect perfectly up and out of the way. Highly recommend this.

I'm not sure why the official Xbox one is $30 when this one actually works better for less than a third of that. I popped it on my TCL (I know... fancy) and it worked great - especially for getting a better angle on legs and feet when my girls want to play Dance Central. Definitely recommended

Perfect! From design to the quality. This is absolutely the solution that I was looking for. Honestly I'm not sure why Microsoft doesn't include their own version of this in the xbox one package. This stand is adjustable and should fit to most televisions. I mounted this on a 55 inch Vizion (roughly 2008-2009 model) It's roughly 3-4 inches thick. I was a little skeptical that the product would fit, but it succeeds. It's sturdy, it's cheap, and I'm happy! Excellent! Thanks, Bucky Wilson www.facebook.com/bucky5676

This is a very simple clip to mount the xbox one kinect to a flat panel tv. it took like 2 minutes to set up and another 3 to place on the tv and secure the kinect to it. it is a great product and is very very simple to use and install. directions are on the back of the box illustrations are also provided. all i did was unfold it set it on the tv to get the angles right then removed it snapped the kinect in place put it back on the tv all done. its all plastic and comes in a small box.

I have it set up on top of my dell monitor, works like charm. it has been a few months and I haven't had to adjust or anything. perfect solution

Holds the Kinect securely with small clips and stays perfectly atop my TV. My only nitpicky gripe out of the box was that it took a little bit to get the exact angle I was looking for. But, considering the fact that the joints are designed to be rock solid and stay in one place, the only real reason it takes so long is because the joints don't move. Once I got the perfect viewing angle on the Kinect, it was perfectly steady and didn't budge a millimeter.
