I've been using this duster for two months now and can't believe I haven't bought it sooner. Now, as a gamer, things tend to get dusty around the place, as long gaming sessions can really pass the time. I used to just take a small hand towel and dust the old fashioned way. After a few years, I decided to take the leap and get a duster. I honestly wasn't expecting something that's so simple to work so effectively. I can easily sweep this baby over any surface and watch as all the dust disappears. Even small bits of dog hair doesn't stand a chance as this duster takes everything I can throw at it. Not to mention that cleaning it is as easy as popping off the head and tossing it into the wash. Definitely, a product I'd recommend to anyone.

i was impressed to find an oxo product at this price and after receiving and using it I am even more impressed. great design that actually works (I used it mainly on my electronics since i needed something soft and delicate) and this duster delivered. I cleaned my Surface Pro 5 along its delicate keyboard and Im pleased with the results. I might not be a big fan of the brush flashy orange color but that's not a centerpiece in the same time. the option of detaching the microfiber and washing it is very handy. In the very beginning some faint threads of the fiber might detach over some spikes here and there but no big issue there. also I expected it to be a bit smaller but the larger size meant better control and didn't compromise the delicate brushing it can offer. recommended!

Oxo makes products I love to use. Since I hate to dust, I thought that a decent duster would mitigate that a bit, and inspire me. This works great for getting down into the sconces on either side of the fireplace, into the small spaces between my television electronics and it does a great job dusting the bookshelves and books. After use, a brisk shake makes it clean and fluffy again. I am very pleased with this product. Oxo is a company that I go to often for household needs, and rarely find anything to be disappointed with.

Read cautionary tales of fibers catching on sharp edges. However this thing takes care of artifacts I have on display that normally require more handling to clean. That itself is a risk. Absolutely wonderful in the car. Had been using swiffer, but this gets in the crevices around buttons and dials. Dusting is now so much fun I do it more often. And yes, I lose the occasional filament on a snag but no big deal. Haven’t had to wash this yet as it just takes on so much dust. Only criticism, ha ha, is that I have to keep it away from my cats who are fascinated by it.

This is a great little duster. Although Oxo markets it for "delicate" situations, I use it everywhere and it has replaced all my other dusters. The price is so reasonable I actually have two (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). I also have several "refills" that I switch out throughout the dusting process as these become full/dirty. They easily release from the body of the duster and you just toss them in the washing machine on the "delicate" cycle. Remember never to use fabric softeners on this or any other duster (or towels for that matter) because fabric softeners coat the fibers with an oily substance that impedes absorbtion.

this one will be for my new dell laptop computer..i tried it on this one and i couldn't believe it..it cleaned right in between the keys of the keyboard...what i also like about the oxo dusters is they are washable..i have this one, a hand one, and one that extends..awesome products

This thing is a hoot! Didn't know if I was going to like it but I love it. Went all through the house the day it came and easily did lamp shades, ceiling fan light fixtures, picture frames and glass on flat screens in all rooms in no time at all (keywords: easily, no time at all). Wow! Dust doesn't go flying. It's 'trapped' in the fibers. The head comes loose from the handle easily. I plan to put it in a hosiery bag to launder to provide some extra protection for the fibers. I also plan to buy one additional replacement head so I can always have it at the ready! I am looking for tools to add to my arsenal to make housekeeping quicker and easier. This tool definitely qualifies! It gets into odd shaped spaces with ease (EX: accordian pleated lamp shades, picture frame corners, etc). Would definitely caution about using it casually on knick knacks, however, because individual strands of the head could catch in some part of the knick knack and pull it off the shelf. Product designers: one thing that would make this a little nicer is to add a telescoping feature to the handle. It wouldn't need an awful lot more length but a little extra length would be very useful.

This product is great! My spouse uses baby powder after every shower and that stuff gets everywhere. I was tired of slipping on the slick tile covered with a fine layer of powder. I tried a whisk broom with little success. I ordered this and my powder problems are gone! It takes 2 minutes for me to run it over the floor and get it all up. I love the size because it stores easily on a shelf by the door so I grab it and dust as I walk through the bathroom. I'm getting one for each bathroom and one for normal dusting.

I’m impressed by how well this picks up dust off my knickknacks without the little dangly things being so thick and heavy that it knocks stuff over. I mean, it’s not going to replace picking each one up and wiping it down. But who has time to do that every single time they dust? I certainly don’t. This is more for the in between light dusting off of stuff, I think. I was concerned that it would make dust fly everywhere but that didn’t happen. It stuck pretty well to the microfiber dangly threads. I’m not sure what else to say about a feather duster except if you’re looking for one, give this kind a shot. I’m pleased with mine.

I love this duster! The two selling points are that it can be used like a feather duster and that it is machine washable. Some complain that it can snag. Well, my feather duster and Swiffer can ALSO snag. That is not going to stop me from using it. I have several artificial floral arraignments and this works nicely. Typically, I hold my feather duster in one hand and the OXO in the other. I found the trick is to dab or press the OXO on the flowers. The microfibers pull off the dust. Then I go over it again with my feather duster. Yes, I like to dust. : ) It can be machine washed and dried (on very low temperature). If I am dusting a table with photo frames and knick knacks, I will wear my dusting gloves and use the OXO duster. It is a little heavier than a feather duster but don't let that deter you. I recommend this.
