Sub sounds amazing when it worked

Update! Issue resolved! After contacting the dealer, they assisted me quickly and really were extemely understanding. They sent me a replacement sub speaker within a week. The new speaker is all wired up and sounds even cleaner than the first. Needless to say, I'm very happy with my purchase. Great product! --------------- Sub sounds amazing when it worked. I bought it 2 weeks ago. Not sure why it gave out. It could be that something got dislodged in either the amplifier or the sub box because of the way that Amazon delivered it. They tossed the box over my fence damaging possibly something inside. I'm not sure if this is the reason, but I'm suspicious that it might be. Though the system worked for about 2 weeks it just gave out yesterday. I just switched my line out converter and switched the fuse in the amp. That didn't seem to fix it. It doesn't seem that I need to switch out the fuse by the battery on the power cable to the amp because the amp still has power also the amp is still turning on from the antenna behind the stock head unit. Still trying to figure this out. Don't know if I should try to get this replaced. Not sure how to check the box. Little upset about Amazon's delivery. Other than that system is great. Any help from the manufacturer would be great. Thanks

Great product out of the box

This is a great out of box product. I took this to Geek Squad at best buy for installation and they were impressed with the fact that everything is bundled and out of box - no extra parts required for installation. Sub woofer has nice lows if you set the crossover mode to LP. Its all about configuring the amp to your taste and this combo has enough power to rock the inside of a car - not enough to rock the adjacent car though !

I was absolutely appalled how good this sounds. CANT BEAT IT FOR THE PRICE. Hook it up with a 4 Guage 2 channel kit and it will sound great. No distortion at all
