My First and Only Choice for Dental Guard

I have had my guard for a few months. It fits great and is very light. You can forget you are wearing it. It is still as sturdy as it was when I first got it. It appears now that this product will last a long time. I have had several guards before including two fitted by Dentists. This product is much reasonable in price. The last Dentist guard I had I bit through in a year. This one is showing very little wear. The owner has proven himself to reply in good time and to be a man of his word! I submitted improved molding instructions for a second piece. He kept his word so that shows me this company has integrity!

Love my new Armor Guard!

Quality service and product! Everything went as expected and as described in the other positive reviews . The impression was easy to do, I took a photo of it and sent it to the cellphone number on the form. They called me back within 20 min and answered all of my questions. They also helped me decide what thickness I should choose (I chose the 2 mm and I'm glad I did because it is thicker than I thought), they clearly explained to me that the material would be semi flexible and not hard plastic (as my previous guard was) etc... My guard arrived within less than 2 weeks after I sent the impression back. It fitted perfectly, no adjustments were needed.

Follow-up 08/03/2017 I've been using my guard for 3 years. It works as good as when it was brand new. Not only has it kept me from grinding my teeth, it has actually stopped me from snoring!! Honestly!! I sleep better because I'm not awoken by grinding teeth. 6 STARS!!!!!! OUTSTANDING product and the BEST customer service I’ve had in 50 years! Everything in the description is true. I received my impression packs in just two days. The instructions were very clear and if you watch their YouTube video, you can’t go wrong. Please take them seriously about getting the clay mixed and going into your mouth within 15 seconds. Yes, you need to be fast, because it sets up quickly. The day on which Night Guard received my impression, Darren (at Night Guard) called me. He asked me several important and appropriate questions to be sure he was making my guard with the appropriate level of hardness. In the end, I ordered soft and hard guards. I received my guards in 8 days. Both guards fit like a glove!!! For the past four years, I’ve been using a night guard which I got from my dentist for $400. My new guard feels 300% better; I forget I’m wearing it. My voice even sounds normal when I talk with it in. A few days after I received my Night Guard mouthpieces, Darren called to ensure I was satisfied. I would give Armor guard 100 stars!!!!

I've needed a mouth guard for years but could never afford one. I have a horrible gag reflex at the dentist when they put in mouth pieces and never thought it would work. My dentist wanted to charge me almost $600 for a custom guard. There are a bunch of one size fits all guards and they are uncomfortable and don't last long. When I got my armor guard kit it came with 2 types of putty you mix and 2 trays depending on the size of your mouth. The directions were spot on and I had no trouble. I got my custom guard back in no time! Given I have a small mouth and gag reflex, it hurt my mouth at first since it pulled a lot on my front top teeth. I tried it 2 nights and it didn't work. I immediately called armor guard and Darren explained how the top teeth are curved, so it may make the impression slightly off when you take it out. He took his time to understand my needs and what I needed my guard to do. I tried Darren's tips to make it a better fit and followed up with him. My front teeth just weren't having it. I had seen on amazon that he customized one for another person to ensure the proper fit. Instead of sending another mold, Darren set out to remove the guard on the front 2 teeth. So I wouldn't have to wait to ship mine back and forth, he immediately set on making me another and told me he'd just give me an extra for free. I just received my original back and he also included another guard!!! I will never recommend another guard since I'm now a customer for life. Excellent customer service by Darren and product. I bought this guard based on previous reviews and I wasn't disappointed. You won't either if you go with this excellent company. Thanks, Armor Guard!!!!!

Great product and great seller!

I had concerns about spending so much on a mouth guard, considering the market is flooded with cheap ones. Anyway, I took the plunge because the feedback for the seller is very good. The mold kit arrived promptly and with clear instructions. I actually had to order a larger size mold tray and the seller was quick to send one in the mail. No problems getting a good mold of my teeth. The process works just like you'd have done at a dentist office. The customized guard arrived and looked great. Just like something you'd get through a professional office. I had some minor fitment issues (as are expected with this type of thing) and the seller provided instructions for making a better fit. Now it fits perfectly and should help my bruxism.

Blown Away!

So excited to have finally received my new mouthguard the other day! Very comfortable and lightweight, at a fraction of the cost of buying a similar one from a dentist directly (mine quoted me $500!!). The customer service w/ Darren is STELLAR! So nice to be able to text directly with questions and not deal with generic customer service crap - we had a 10 min phone conversation earlier today when I had a question about my new guard. Unheard of! The impression process was easy for me - got it on the first try, mailed it out, and received my finished guard shortly after. Highly recommend!

Great product

This guard was so much less expensive than those I've gotten from dentists. Those were $300-$600. This one is very affordable. My neck & jaw pain are gone from just a few days' usage. When I was first fitting it to my teeth, I messed up (you boil water, cool the water, dip the guard in for 5-6 seconds, then put it into your mouth & bite down)....anyway, I left it in too long & thought I had ruined it. But I called the company & the rep' was Very helpful & patient. He explained how to fix the problem & it worked. So I would say Five stars for the guard & 10 stars for the helpfulness of the rep!

Best Nightguard Ever!

I have been working in the dental field as a hygienist since 2006. This is by far the best night guard I have ever purchased. I have had numerous night guards that I couldn't wear for various reasons but mainly because the material was so hard and uncomfortable. My previous night guard was working ok but needed to be replaced so I decided to try Armor Guard due to the affordability and the positive reviews I read. Within a week of placing my order I received instructions and impression trays. The instructions were easy to follow and I think most people who do not have a dental background can achieve high quality results as long as they read and follow the directions. After mailing the impression back to Armor Gaurd within a week someone called me to speak with me about my order. The technician I spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful and due to his information I decided to try and semi firm material instead of the soft. I am so happy I choose to do this. I am a moderate grinder and this material is the most comfortable yet durable I have come across. I am so pleased I am going to order a replacement guard to have for backup. I recommend this product made by Armor Gaurd to anyone with bruxism. This is a great price and excellent quality!

Great product, great price!

These are great. I clench my teeth and was starting to get gum recession and irreversible damage. The mold process was simple. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you watch the YouTube video first...it was very helpful! I got two guards: one soft and one hard. Can't beat that price and why not get two?? My guards didn't fit 100% right upon arrival but after a quick telephone consult, I was able to make the adjustments at home with their excellent customer service and recommendations. I'm so happy that I went through his company and NOT my dentist, it saved me lots of money not to mention the time I would have spent in the dentiat office away from work!

If u have jaw pain from grinding, order this now.

I'm writing this at 7am because is the first time I've woken up without jaw pain in a year! My guard was a little too tight when I got it, which had me not wear it for months. I found instructions on how to do a final fit and in 3 minutes had it fit perfectly. I finally wore it for the first time last night, and wish I had started wearing it months ago. This is the best money I've ever spent. (My dentist wanted $600 for what I can gather would have been basically the same thing.)
