I love the chair, my wife loves the chair, as we literally use it every day to rock our daughter to sleep since she was born. After a few months, the bearings did start squeaking, so I have to periodically oil them. Kind of a hassle, but not a deal breaker, as like anything it requires maintenance. After about 8 months of steady use, a lower bearing went out, so I looked up on their website, could not figure out a part number for it, so I emailed them explain the issue, attached photos of the bearing, and the MFG label under the chair, and they emailed back stating that they summited an order for me. Later got an email with a tracking number. To my surprise, they sent me a whole new chair. Wow, all I needed was a bearing. So yes it was unfortunate that I had a bearing go out, but what great customer service to send a whole new chair. Thank you very much!

Perfect size, very comfortable and great color!

I waited a couple of weeks after receiving the shipment to put it together, and was disappointed to find that one of the pieces for the chair base was broken nearly all the way down the middle (see first two photos). My bad I waited until I needed it to put it together. I still have high hopes for the product so I've ordered a replacement. Will update review upon receipt of replacement. **UPDATE** Replacement arrived today. The box looked pretty beat up so I was worried this one would be damaged too, but upon opening, I could already tell something was different. This set came less assembled - all the cushions were separately packaged, and the wood pieces in separate boxes as well. So from what I could tell, my original shipment must have been a return. The buyer may have made a mistake while putting it together and just returned it citing a false reason for return. The process wasn't fun, but what I have today meets all my expectations. It's not the greatest product out there, but that isn't what I paid for. One of the arm pieces doesn't align perfectly, and the arm cushions keep popping off (this may stop after a bit of use), but overall, it exceeds my expectations for what I spent! As long as it lasts long enough for me to get through the nursing days, I'm happy!

We had some reservations when purchasing a chair we didn't test first. I am 5'5" and 32 weeks pregnant weighing in about 160 and this chair fits me perfectly. It was easy for my husband to assemble, the cushions are as comfortable as one could hope for at this price, and it looks fantastic. My husband is about 6' close to 200 lbs and he fits snuggly in the chair, but not so snug that he is uncomfortable. Overall we are both really happy with the purchase.

Really great, affordable glider set. I didn't think I'd use the footrest but nope, I use it all the time, even just to sit on it. The footrest is a very comfortable height and it's great for elevating tired, swollen pregnancy legs and feet. Ugh! I really like that the arms of the chair have pouches on the side of them so you can store all types of goodies there - remote, magazine(s), etc. I do all of my breast pumping and most of my breastfeeding in this glider and it's very comfortable. Great buy!

Love this Glider! We have had one for 2 years and love it and just picked up another one. The second one just arrived and 3 snaps were crushed so couldn't attach armrests, but it would seem this is pretty common with shipping, unfortunately. No problem though, just call up Stork Craft customer service and they will send you the replacements for free. (takes 10-14 days) Very nice! Don't bother with Amazon for things like snaps or cushion replacement as they will just have you send the whole chair back. The customer service number for Stork Craft is 1-877-274-0277 call back if you hear a busy signal. You will need the model number, the date the chair was manufactured, and place of manufacture for the call. Those can be found under the seat of the glider....the assembly paper is NOT where you would find it as it's incomplete info. Finally, don't forget to be nice to Stork Craft customer service...they are sending out parts for free and we want them to keep doing so! Happy Gliding!

For one of the cheapest gliders on the market, this is a great quality piece of furniture. My husband assembled it without a problem and it has stood up well. We’ve only been using it for 6 weeks, but since I use it to nurse it gets used atleast 5 times a day everyday for up to an hour each time. It has plenty of room for me and a boppy pillow, and the best part is that it “reclines” if you push it back all the way. My son has to nurse in the laid back position, so this has been perfect for us. We’ve had no issues with durability even after leaning it all the way back for long periods of time. It is also easy to clean, as I bleed through onto the seat and it cleaned right up with a washcloth. It had a slight squeak when we rocked it until my husband used some WD-40 and it’s been silent ever since. The only “downside” is that the back is a little short, so when I lean my head all the way back it hits the top rail of the chair (even worse if the cushion slips). I just put a fluffy blanket over the top to fix that. So while it’s comfy to sit in, it’s not as comfy to relax or sleep in (for those long, middle of the night feedings) I am 5’7” and 150# for reference. My husband is 6’ and 200# and uses it to bottle feed our son without complaints too. Overall, we love this glider and recommend it!

This chair matched the room we wanted and was a fraction of the price of ones in store, even though it's pretty much the same type of chairs available. The ottoman was already assembled as was the base of the chair. All that was required was to put the back and arms on the chair. I'm 31 weeks pregnant and even I was able to do it! I did have my husband double check that I had everything tight enough before putting the padded pieces on though. I can't say how well the beige/white part will hold up (it's more of an off-white than a full on beige imo) to potential stains but it looks good and is comfy so far. I would definitely purchase again if I ever needed to.

First i had "Coaster Deluxe Swivel Glider and Ottoman in Black Leatherette" which was around $230..and i hated it. That one took about over an hr to put together and it wasnt comfortable at all. Becuase of some amazon and ups issues, took me about 2 months to get a refund...and i ordered this set, it came in yesterday As soon as i got it, i open the box and start to set it up... it was really simple. Took me about 15-20min most to set up. There really wasnt alot of setups to do... the base of the chair and the Ottoman comes already set up. Comes with 8 screws, and one ranch... 3 screws goes on each of hands..and two goes on back..that's about it. The cushions are simply tied in. I sat on this with my 3 month old for about lil over an hr right after setting it up..and i have no complains. The first one i got, i was able to feel the back metal bars and the swing motion was not smooth... on this one i didnt feel any of those. both the chair and ottoman had smooth flow. At the price of around $120, i wouldn't think twice about getting this again.

For the price, this glider/ottoman set is incredible! I was hesitant to open it up when it first arrived, because of the assembly process. However, when I got it out of the box, I spent less than a half hour putting it together. Putting our son's crib together took longer. The glider is wicked comfortable. I tried out a number of chairs at places like Babies 'R Us and could not find one I really liked that also wasn't too far out of our price range. The side pockets have been wonderful for holding small items I need. My son loves putting his toy cars in the pockets, too. The color is much nicer than I had expected and works well with the other furniture in the room. It is lightweight, but it holds really well. My husband is a sturdy 200 lbs and can comfortably sit in it with our son, who is just over 20 lbs now. If the ottoman could be tucked under the glider for storage purposes, that would be nice, but it doesn't affect my 5-star rating. I look forward to using this for years to come, and I will be looking into future products from Stork Craft.
