Effective soak to revive dingy whites. Warning that the lid doesn't firmly close. I knocked it off and spilled powder e v e r y w h e r e.

This product worked GREAT on whitening up my graying white tee-shirts. Also, the product has a very caustic odor to it, so I added some Un-Stoaables fragrance pellets to the wash load to compensate, as well plenty of an nice fragrance fabric softener. The way the product container was packaged in the shipping box could have been much better.

All you parents out there.... This is the stuff that gets orange carrot stains out of white onesies! It takes newborn style poop stains out of the precious little outfits. We use this Oxi-Clean for everything dirty. I stack up nasty white onesies and soak them all at once every week. It even gets old stains out. JUST BE WARNED that you should only soak clothes for maybe an hour, I use the hottest water out of the faucet. If you leave your clothes in there too long it will wreck the material and may leave little holes in it. Learn from me and set a timer. This has a very mild, pleasant smell and I love to use it in my white sheet wash load. The only thing it hasn't gotten the stain out is the body wash stains out of white wash clothes. I have yet to find a cure for that. It is better than bleaching your laundry and a lot easier on your septic tanks!

This stuff does the trick. I had spilled a full glass of red wine on my new white slax while traveling. I quickly doused them with club soda, wrapped them in a plastic bag to keep them moist until I could get home. I ordered the oxi from my phone so it would be waiting for me when I returned. (Love 2 day Prime). I soaked them in a strong oxi solution overnight and added oxi to the machine wash load the next day. Result? Pure white restored, good as new. Yippee

This works great on whites when you can't use bleach. I love the way it smells also. I use it on my husband's uniform shirts that get pretty dirty and dingy but can't be bleached because of work patches. This tub also usually lasts me a long time because you don't really need to put that much.

I can't use regular bleach without making a mess and inadvertently bringing back acid-washed jeans. This stuff is a life-saver. It brightens up my colours, revives my whites, and gets out stains as well as any funky smells that can be lingering around, especially in gym clothes or anything else that gets sweaty. It also does wonders for towels, eliminating that mildewy funk they can get and zapping any stains, even in kitchen towels. While nothing can really get out tumeric, alas, this comes the closest, and that's saying a lot!

This product is amazing. I play a lot of golf in the summer and the direct contact between the polyester/cotton golf shirts and underarms causes a lot of dark stains. I’ve tried everything. The peroxide sprays cause discoloring of the expensive shirts and regular detergent doesn’t get it out. Here’s what I did. I filled up a tub of about 2 gallons of Luke warm water, added 2 scoops and let soak for about 6 hours. Then I threw half a scoop into my front loader, threw the shirts in and added detergent as normal. These stains were a collection from an entire season and have been through many, many wash/dry cycles. First run at this process and every stain was gone. No more dark deodorant collection stains. This is absolutely an amazing product. Not sure it’ll work only everything but if you’re a golfer, you know how easily golf clothing gets stains. This will get them out. It did for me!!!

I soaked my husbands dingy white undershirts and socks in a solution containing Oxiclean overnight, then machine washed the next day. I was impressed with the final result! It really made a difference in removing the dingy ness of my whites!

i love bleach to clean almost anything (usually diluted.... yet, not always), and wife expresses a varying level of agitation when I do. When I was about to use my choice of bleach to whiten some of my socks and a couple of white shirts, you might say she drew a very "deep line in the sand" regarding the use of my choice of cleaning solution for clothing. Found the new (at least I've never it "on the shelf" at amazon or in any store. Bottom line: this stuff works.... even when I use too much :)

I had about 20 white t shirts of that I've worn over the past two years, some newer than others, and they've all started yellowing, especially around the collars after I wear them to outdoor music festivals or desert hikes. Well, following the instructions on the OxiClean tub (six hour soak, wash as normal) brought ALL of the t shirts back to life and they are as bright white as a NEW shirt. My shirts come in packs of six from a membership warehouse store and I like to reserve a few new ones to keep a fresh supply of white shirts around. I soaked and washed the 20 worn shirts, kept two old shirts unwashed and one new one on standby for comparison. After the t shirts were dried I looked at them outside in the sunlight and was amazed how much whiter the washed ones became. Consider me a believer! One criticism I have of OxiClean is the perfumed scent. I was able to minimize it the best I could by running my wash load with a second rinse. I can still detect the scent, but it's definitely not as powerful as when they were all soaking in my tub. But with the whitening power and results I got, it's a tradeoff I can live with.
