No muss. No fuss. Quick and easy pancakes. Love these. Pancakes from scratch are dead easy, but these Aunt Jemima's are even easier and all you need is water...great for those end of the month meals when you might need the eggs for something else and somebody drank the last of the milk. Way better flavor than the all purpose baking mix pancakes. I plug in the griddle to preheat then mix my batter in the large cup of my magic bullet (I've marked the water line, fill to the top with mix, woodj-woodj, two or three pulses and it's ready to go) I get twelve nice pancakes in no time. Sometimes, if I'm out of butter I'll fry the cakes in shallow oil in a preheated skillet, the edges get crispy so you end up with a pancake/funnel cake hybrid. Great served with labne (or greek yogurt) and strawberry jam. Will buy again.

No excuse for not making a hot breadfast anymore

As someone used to the old mixes that required eggs, I can only say that this really is a complete mix and LARGE box too. I finally opened it the other day to make pancakes for my sons. It's a snap to use - so much so that I've made pancakes before work 3 times this week. I don't even measure - just pour some into a little bowl, add water until it's the right consistency, add a bit of oil and wisk it together - takes less than a minute before I'm dropping it into the pan. First pan full is ready in under 5 minutes. Tried it with chocolate chips added this morning and kids went wild. Am sold on this.
