This has been a game changer in my house. I had always wanted a Veggetti and finally got one when I started feeling guilty serving my boyfriend "just sauce" when i was cooking quinoa or regular pasta for myself and my kids. He doesnt eat any starch at all as he is on a ketagenic diet. I surprised him with it when he got back from a business trip, and we all love it! The kids literally fight over who gets to make the pasta. The noodles can be thick or thin, and as long as you desire. it is so easy to use even my four year old helps cook. The noodles are delicious raw or sautéed with some olive oil and herbs. We also like to eat it with meat sauce and parmesan cheese, it is so filling but in the best way. I love having a way to get my kids to eat more vegetables, and it is fun to use and easy to clean. I have only used zucchini with it so far, but can't wait to try potatoes and other veggies. My boyfriend bought one of his own, he told me it "changed his life," as he has lost almost 80 pounds on the ketagenic diet, but misses pasta sauce and the texture of noodles. This texture is even better and doesn't make you feel bloated or heavy. Awesome kitchen staple, yum yum!!

What a fantastic kitchen widget! I actually have a large spiralizer and never use it because it is a pain to get out and clean. I saw this and bought it and couldn't be happier. Easy to use and easy to clean if you rinse and clean right away. Small and compact makes this easy to store without taking up tons of space! The option for two different size of noodles is a nice feature!

Amazing. I had one goal with this thing. Make something that looks and feels like spaghetti but is a veggie. My wife made some cucumber 'faux-pasta' before I got home. Put it in some red sauce in a pan. Added the cucumber (spaghetti like stuff). Cooked it. Put it into a bowl. Added crushed red pepper. I had to stop and look at it several times to make sure my wife didn't slip pasta in there. Nope. All cucumber. Still not convinced that the cucumber didn't change into pasta. It's amazing. Amazing! I think I'll have 'veghetti' at least once a day. The pounds should roll right off.

I am enthusiastically writing a review for this product. Why?. This product has, with little expense helped reduce my number one craving for my favorite simple carb, PASTA. Who knew I liked zucchini so much. The Veggetti is a simple, well constructed product for what it was made for. When I prepare a zucchini or squash, I only need to trim the very tip off the end. I leave the stem on unless its very long because the stem provides a sturdy place for the end cap. Very minimal waste this way. By the way, the center that comes out the end is mostly seeds which provide almost no nutritional value. A couple of tips I found is, instead of cutting the length of strips coming out with scissors every 10 inches or so, I just reverse directions every ten clock wise turns. This will cut the strips at this point without much interruption. Also, when cleaning, i don't let it sit to get dry. Instead after each use I rinse it out at the faucet. If anything is stuck in the cutters, I use my faucets power spray feature which unclogs anything the faucet can't get. If you don't have a power spray then try a toothbrush. I always read products reviews when I try to make decisions on my purchase so I hope my review can help you with your shopping too. [...]. Thanks for reading.

I love veggie noodles because they’re faster to cook than regular noodles, healthier, and super delicious! Before this device I would buy the pre-spiralized ones at the store for a huge markup, but this device is so quick and easy to use it’s no extra trouble to do it myself, plus it’s fresher!

I used to only eat pasta and sauce. I can't tell you the last time I had real pasta. We carve up everything in this! We started off with zucchini. It is so easy to use! So then, since I was low carbing it, I said, why do I need to limit myself to veggies. Last night I made meat noodles. I put in a keilbasa and turned that thing into noodles. So now, I don't need to cook ground meat up for my sauce. Any can of sauce becomes meat sauce with meat noodles.

Inexpensive, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to store, handy to grab. A little rough on the wrists. Low on wasted veggies. Got a crank model that mounts via suction to the countertop before this one; this one gets more use. It makes great noodles easily. It can not spiralize though, and oversized vegetables simply exceed its intake capability.

Not only do I love my Vegetti, but you would be surprised how many people are also impressed with what my Vegetti can do. It can entertain many people at once. My Vegetti never gets worn out! I do find that the home grown zucchini is often too girthy for my Vegetti, but the average sized squash fits perfectly., although the curved varieties do present some challenges. Sometimes, after a lot of use, cleaning my Vegetti is a bit more work than usual. I often have to soak my Veggeti in warm water when I have shoved a bunch of stuff into it, but it is always ready to get busy again after I have taken care to clean it properly. I can't say enough about my Vegetti, and my husband loves it too.

This is the fourth one I had bought. I use it all the time and I'm now buying these as gifts for people who see mine and love it. I use it all the time. It is so easy to use and the cleanup is very quick. The one I have lasedt me over a year so far so it's very durable. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves to experiment with cooking different ways. I have added a photo of zucchini noodles prior to cooking.

Tonight I finally tried the Veggetti I bought a week or 2 ago. I got several zucchini's, mushrooms, light pasta sauce and chicken meatballs and made "spaghetti" for dinner. It was fabulous! It really is an excellent substitute for pasta! I was shocked at how close to al dente pasta the texture was. All I did was saute it for a few mins! The first time I used it, it was a little awkward but I got the hang of it on zucchini number 2. There are 2 options with it- one side makes very thin strips and the other makes thick strips. I used the thicker side mostly but did some thin for comparison for you guys. Each Zucchini made about 2 cups of "noodles" and cooked down to about 1.5cups. As I used the veggetti, some of it squeezed through the middle and came out the other end like zucchini poop. lol I just chopped it up with the ends and sauteed it with the mushrooms. I cleaned it the 1st time with no trouble at all. After sauteing the zucchini and seeing how much it shrunk I decided to do one more. This time the holder thingie wouldn't hold in the end, it kept slipping... so I couldn't get the last 1/3 into "noodles". It was alot harder to clean this time too- I had to use a butter knife to dislodge a stubborn stuck piece. The only bad thing about the meal that I noticed was some extra "water" on the plate so I would suggest drying the sauteed zucchini with some paper towels or something. We will be making this again- it was delicious and cured all pasta cravings. I couldn't finish my plate- I gave some of it to hubby to finish off! Final plate(see photos)- the zucchini on top is the rest of that end that couldn't be sliced into noodles... Its a plate of zucchini noodles, sauteed onion & mushroom & zucchini bits with 1 cup light pasta sauce and 6 chicken meatballs. Just under 500calories for the whole plate- if you could eat it all!
