Our stabilizers were old and rusty and did an OK job. Read the good reviews on here and decided to buy some. We used for 1st time this weekend and what a difference it made on the stabilization of the camper!!! They were fast to set-up and tear down with a cordless drill. Very Impressed. I would recommend to a friend.

Used these to replace the stock 2500 lb ones on the camper. These are built to lift and last!! Great jacks and easy to install with the right drill bits and bolts. Super sturdy! Update! - OK I put these on in Nov of 2015. And after 3 camping trips, one of the jacks had the pin that keeps the jack up in the upper position and it snapped off when putting the jack up. Luckily I carry tools to be able to fix things like this and was able to remove the jack so we could get home. I bought another set and noticed the pins that serve this purpose are not very big, and for something that will at times have some torque applied to it, may not be large enough. In checking the other reviews this seems to be a reoccurring problem and the manufacturer shoudl probably take a look at placing larger pins in the shafts. I am going to tap out where the old pin was and place a much larger one in its place. That way I will have some spares. I will put up photos when I do this to show the difference in the sizes of the pins. Changed form a 5 star to a 3 because it lasted 7 months before breaking after three uses. Maybe the maker will make a change to make this much better, otherwise the jack is great and heavy duty. OK UPDATE!!! They have changed to type of shear pin used, and now its much better built and a completly different type of system to hold the washer in place, its welded!! Can't beat that. Think they may have listened to the reviews and fixed the product! I replaced two on mine with the new style and will replace the other two when time and funds permit since they are better built now and will not have a problem with breaking like they did before! Highly recommend them now back to 5 stars!!

I bought a trailer without front jacks. I bought these and they are much better made than the ones that came on the back of the trailer as OEM. I put them on and instant stability with half the turns of the ones in the back and much more drop than those. No need for wood or a rock under these. I am considering taking the OEM back ones off and replacing with these. Nah, I'll use those till they break then do it. These are very well made and they include the drill bit to open them. That alone is a few bucks when you go looking for one.

Exactly as advertised. Arrived quickly. We're replacing a damaged power stabilizer with these. I decided a) these are lighter, b) these provide truly independent support at the corner, c) I don't want to ever deal with a motor that doesn't work when I'm trying to pack up at a campground (I don't see an easy way to bypass the power one, and d) these PLUS a cordless impact drill is less costly than replacing the power stabilizer

I needed to rotate my RV tires every few weeks all winter. I bought this, bolted a short 2x4 on the top, and placed it between the two-tire shock pivot arm between the RV tires. It easily lifted that side's tires off the ground to rotate 1/8th turn, exactly what I needed. However, don't think you can use even a 110V power drill to raise the scissors. There's just too much resistance. My drill spun on me and almost broke my finger. An impact wrench might work, but a long Sears ratchet (size of a torque wrench) quickly finished the lifting process. If using for this purpose, to lift one side of a 6000 lb RV trailer, it works.

Bought these to replace a leveling jack that got twisted while parking my travel trailer (2014 Forest River V-Cross Vibe (6504)). These (despite what some others state) are much heftier feeling, came with all hardware to mount them (if you need any hardware) and were an exact fit for my trailer. I have attached couple of pictures of one of the OEM jacks next to one of these new jacks.

These are great! I originally bought just one pair to replace the cheap jacks that got bent on the front of my travel trailer. I ended up buying another pair to replace the rear jacks. These are heavy duty jacks unlike the cheap ones that the travel trailer manufacturers use. Easy to mount. It takes two people because they are heavy. One to hold and one to mount.

Great replacement. I replaced one of my back jacks that I bent during a deer hunt driving off road. The installation was very easy, however, I used the old bracket from my bent jack that was already welded to the frame of my trailer. I just unbolted the old one, bent the bracket back the way it was supposed to be and then bolted this one back on. It probably only took me 15 minutes or so. One thing to note is that this jack moves a lot faster than my old jacks. The threads on the "screw" rod are farther apart so each revolution puts out more movement. This is nice when you have to lower or raise it a lot, but I've noticed that it requires more torque than the old ones to get a lot of weight on the jack to stabilize my trailer. Yes, I would recommend these!

Was on a "level" surface when I unhooked my travel trailer and lowered the stabilizers. Mistake was... taking for granted the RV wouldn't roll, and didn't chock the tires. 1/4in/ft grade was just enough to walk the trailer off the blocks and ruin the left side stabilizers. Replaced them with a pair of these. WAY better quality with these Eaz-Lift vs. factory supplied.

I just received four of these in the mail today. If anyone out there is looking to replace the cheap junk scissor jacks they put on travel trailers these days with a top quality replacement, this is it. These are at least two to three times stronger than the jacks that came with my trailer and are also powder coated, so they won't rust out like my other ones were doing. They bolted right on where the old ones were and it took me less than 30 min. to install all four of them.
