I have been using this product for years whenever I visit Nigeria. I use it with MTN. Also it works well with GLO if the network is good around your area. It is as described works on a 3G network. I am shopping for the 4G lte brand (unlocked) so any advice will help

**Update!** Works great in Chad! Been using it for about month in country. Wish we had gotten the 4G LTE version because there is now 4G in the capital, but where we are now is only H+ or 3G. Works surprisingly well. Sometimes have to reboot it because the connection gets wonky, but that may be Tigo. Using it with their new unlimited service for hotspots. The battery lasts anywhere from 4-6 hours depending how much you're using it. Works great with all our devices, but if there's 4G LTE available, go with the version that's only $30 more. In country they're more expensive. *Bought this because we are moving to a remote area in Chad and need cellular WiFi and want to save battery on our phones. Used my republic wireless sim which uses TMobile and it worked great, but only 2G because it doesn't have the correct bands for their 3G in the states. But setup was easy. I was very surprised even plugging it into my MacBook Pro, it automatically had installation drivers for Mac! I'll update my review once we are in country and try it overseas.

Worked flawlessly in Iceland

We used this on a recent trip to Iceland. It worked fabulously with a sim card from Siminn. With this in your car you have mobile wifi. We were able to listen to US radio as we drove around the island (no english stations). Its small that you can fit it in your pocket and walk around and both my wife's and my phone connected at the same time.

Works great

Perfect for our trip to Taiwan. We bought 1 unlimited wifi SIM card and installed it in this and connected both our phones to it. Had no issues at all. Had great signal, even in the mountains. Wish I had it for my Europe trip.

Worked well in UK and Morocco

Worked like a charm in UK and Morocco. In UK I got Vodafone simm and at first in Nottingham it did not get 3G network and was dead slow but aftrewards in Birmingham and London it worked perfectly. Most surprising 3G coverage was in Morocco - it was doing 3G even in Atlas mountains. I had bought the simm at Casablanca airport some company called 4G+... I have yet to find a Simm that can make it work in US.. but I have another that I bought from the Big Blue store pay go AT&T works well in US...
