Granted it is hard to mess up a spoon to mix drinks with. But I have found this device a very useful tool for mixing drinks especially the ones that are in very long tall glasses. When mixing with this it does not cause any splashing and less you really feel your drink all the way to the top of the glass. Easy to clean it just run the dishwasher it. Is not rusted or had any other problems

Got this as one of a number of house warming presents for my daughter and son-in-law. It gets broken out pretty regularly when I visit them and on other occasions as well. I have observed field testing and enjoy the results. i will certify that it makes Martinis, Manhattans, and the occasional mint julep. All worked well enough that I did not drive home. Handy and highly recommended.

Well balanced spoon and stirrer

This is a very nice long handle, well balanced with a stirrer on one end and large spoon on the other. The large spoon is good for making a mixed drink where you want to create a layered effect. Pour the cream over the spoon which will allow it to enter the glass gently and remain on top.

Best barspoon

This is the best cocktail spoon you can get. I've been making cocktails for over a decade, and have bought dozens of these. They're a very nice and slender style, long, but not too long, that makes it really easy to quickly stir craft cocktails. The cheaper / common bar spoon with the red tip, has a really thick and gnarled handle that's difficult and uncomfortable to mix with. These are thin and smooth in the hand.

Good thing I'm single so I don't have to justify ...

I've always wanted a 12 inch mixing spoon, now I have to invest in some 10 inch glasses to justify my purchase. Good thing I'm single so I don't have to justify my needless purchases on things only single people have to have.

Perfect!

Seems like a simple thing but the weighted tip at the top of the spoon makes all the difference. This thing is solid and just the right size. It blows all the cheaper versions I've shopped in local stores out of the water. Highly recommended.

Just the right size.

I love the 12 inch size of this mixing spoon. Not too long like some of the other 18 inch items. End-piece is fused nicely at the top of the spiral shaft. Very comfortable weight and heft. Just works. ★★★★★ !

This is the one

This is a nice looking, well-made functional bar spoon. The spoon is the right size to glide easily past the ice to the bottom of the glass. Perfect for that which must be stirred, not shaken. The 12" length makes it suitable for everything. The weight and balance makes it a pleasure to use.
