Works great! Doesn't unravel from my stainless steel plugs
I use this to stretch my ears, for those of you looking to stretch ears by the "taping" method. Works great! Doesn't unravel from my stainless steel plugs, even when I clean the plugs with soap, and doesn't irritate my sensitive ears to have them in all the time. If you're looking for this reason, I totally recommend!

Great for new shower head
I just bought this roll of tape to install my amazing new shower head: 6 Function Adjustable Luxury Shower Head - High Pressure Boosting, Wall Mount, Bathroom Showerhead For Low Flow Showers - Chrome. (I thought I needed a roll of tape based on my experience with other shower heads. But the shower head already comes with a good roll of Teflon tape. Still I decided to use the Teflon tape I bought because I'm not returning a $5 item. :p ) I am happy to report that the shower head is still leak free. This is a high pressure shower head with multiple functions, so the taped connection is put to the test. The tape has a good width and is extremely durable. Some tape I have used in the past will fray at the slightest tug. Not this tape. It applies evenly in nice layers around the pipe thread to create an effective seal. You may need some scissors to get a clean cut in the tape. I highly recommend this tape for anyone who is installing new shower heads, new shower arms, pipes, or any plumbing job. It's a great product.

Your standard Teflon Tape, but used for ear stretching
First off, this product came shockingly fast. I ordered it on Saturday evening, and it showed up at my door the following day at around noon (expected delivery date was Monday). So far, it seems to be pretty standard for Teflon/PFTE tape; it's thin, non-adhesive, and somewhat stretchy. I'm using it to stretch my ears, and the width of the tape is just a tad bit longer than the plugs I'm wrapping them around, which isn't a big deal to me. The tape is also pretty soft, which I'm thinking is a plus. Overall pretty happy with it so far, considering how inexpensive it is. It's a good alternative to buying plugs or tapers between 8g and 6g sizes (where I'm at right now), but it is pretty delicate, so I'd say be gentle when wrapping your plugs with this. As for what it's usually used for (pipe sealing), I have no experience with that, but I'd imagine it would work pretty well.

”HOW TO SAVE ALMOST $200 FIXING YOUR LEAKY CENTRAL SHOWER FAUCET!”
My plus 20 year old shower cold water faucet has recently developed a leak that no amount of turning the faucet would stop the drip! Checking with Home Advisor, local plumbers wanted $175 to $225 to replace the cold water (diverter handle) faucet to fix the leak. Having recently saved almost $200 with a dryer vent cleaning DIY project, I was ready to tackle fixing my leaky faucet! After unscrewing the leaking faucet, I examined the extensive amount of rust that has damaged the faucet (Left Image). I searched Amazon and found that the Danco brand has a suitable exact fit replacement for my damaged Central brand faucet. I also purchased a roll of Lasco Pipe Sealant Tape (Middle Image). After using a wired brush to clean the stem, I used the Lasco Tape to wrap the tip of the stem. Finally, I used the screw provided to connect the new Danco faucet to the wrapped stem. After I screwed the Danco faucet (Right Image) to the cold water stem, and turned on the water, I noted no water leak after shutting off the water! My repair of the leaky faucet took less than 30 minutes and cost $12, but saved about $190! Both the Danco replacement faucet and the Lasco Tape were easy to work with and looked great! RECOMMENDATION: If you have a leaky Central brand shower faucet, I highly recommend both the Danco Diverter Handle for Central Faucets and Lasco Pipe Sealant Tape for your DIY project consideration!

Awesome stuff, works great.
This product is wonderful. It was simple to wrap around the threads of my garden hose. I used a lot as I have numerous hoses and still two to go, so I am reordering. On a humorous note, don't try to do this if there even the gentlest of breezes as it tends to be hard to keep hold of. :)

A household staple for various repairs
I didn't need this but noticed the spool in my toolbox was empty, so guess I've used the tape before! So checked locally and was fairly expensive so got this, the same thing and much cheaper. Nice to have around for leaky faucets or something. Maybe it's a guy thing. But I always have this and a roll of duck tape in the toolbox. Might last a long time but evidently it gets used!

Used this to tape my plugs to get from an 8g to a 6g
i’ve been at an 8g for a while and the size up to a 6g was so big i was worried i would have a blowout. i cut off about an inch and a half of the tape then cut that strip in half long-ways and wrapped them around my plugs. they went in no problem and the tape stayed in place; it didn’t shift or bunch up when i put it through my ear. i have since added another strip to my plugs on top of the first one and everything has held in place perfectly. i definitely recommend this, especially for the price. you get a lot of tape in the roll (when it comes to how much you would need for plugs at least), so you dont have to waste money and time trying to find a half size that you will use once.
