I bought this helmet for my niece and nephew. I have a tandem bike attachment for kids that attaches to my bicycle, and I wanted to be able to give them rides when they visit. It fit them both (ages 8 and 11) and adjusts easily. I have a Bell Solar Helmet - White/Silver Scoreboard for myself that has a little wheel on the back to adjust the size. This doesn't have the wheel, instead it has an elastic material that stretches to different head sizes, which seems to work just as well.

Stays put, and they don't immediately outgrow it

I was hesitant to get a "universal fit" helmet for my kids, because so often they just rattle around on top of their head, not protecting anything. The elastic rear tensioner and adjustable chin straps on this helmet are perfect for my kids. I bought one for each of my four kids: ages 6-10; with head circumference ranging from 51-54 cm; and head shapes ranging from "spheroid" to "egg-ish." This helmet fits them all, securely. (Now I just have to do something about the reckless teenagers speeding through my neighborhood in their cars...)

Good fit

The helmet was for my 11 year old. It fits really well on the head unlike the previous ones he had got. It's sturdy and looks good too. It's comfortable to wear so he wears it every time now.

Nice helmet

Bought this for my 4 year old son and he loves it. I don't know if his head is big or if this helmet is small, but it fit him nicely with room to grow. The helmet has a nice amount of venting, a nice strap with elastic to make it adjustable and reflectors in the back. It's also a cool design, which of course is most important to my son.

Fits my on the small side 11 year old daughter. She only wishes this were more teal than grey, but it works.

Does what it needs to. My son is 10 years old and this fits perfectly with little adjustment. Nothing fancy, just good old head-protection.
