Santa brought these for my six-year old this Christmas. HOURS of fun. She loves them and thinks she hot stuff because she can see in the dark. They are very well made (my daughter is VERY rough on her toys) and she thinks thinks she is the world's greatest spy detective. Warning: I opened my eyes around 4:30am and my daughter was standing there wearing these. I almost had a heart attack...

6 yr old LOVES !!!

My 6 yr old son wanted Night Vision goggles for Christmas. We looked around at a few different kinds and in the end purchased these. The fact that a 6 yr old doesn't need expensive night vision goggles made these the perfect pair because of the price. To him these are the best night vision goggles ever. To me as a gadget loving father they were OK. ( I may have had super high expectations and made him let me wear them first) Pros: The light is super bright and makes everywhere you look in the dark light up. The lenses give the lit up light a different look then you would get just using a flashlight. They have really good battery life. The fold out optics look cool ( see cons ) Cons: The fold out magnifying optics are kind of hard for a 6 yr old to get lined up. I used them and it does magnify but it is not that easy to see out of.
