Super convenient especially for students. Keep these frozen and they last for quite some time. If you don't have time to defrost certain pieces simply get some pieces of tenderloins and boil them. I boil them all the way and then shred and cook in sauce to make some shredded chicken with veggies and rice but to each their own. Just showing how easy it is to cook these and to implement them in your meals. Especially for students who need to buy meat in bulk and don't want to be buying chicken constantly.
