To properly use this set, you must understand the differences between traditional non-stick and ceramic non-stick. This is VERY important, I'd say you can't even write a fair review without first knowing all the proper information. TIPS AND INFORMATION: - Although these may be dishwasher safe, it's not recommended for ceramic coating. Try not to run them very often, and after you do make sure you: - SEASON your ceramic coating (Google is your tool if you need to find out how or what that is). - You can typically clean ceramic coating by: letting it fully cool down before rinsing with just water (no soap) and wiping, rinsing with scalding hot water after cooking (it is important not to inflict temperature fluctuations) and wiping/drying, OR hand washing with soap, then re-seasoning after it dries. - Do not use metal kitchen utensils in this cookware, do not stack metal-bottomed cookware on top of the ceramic coatings (unless using a buffer, like thin cloths between each pot/pan). I have little to no space in my kitchen so all my cookware goes into one awkward cupboard. Since I must stack these, I use a linen separator between the coating and metal bottom. You can actually buy some on Amazon if you don't have anything you can use around the house. - Try not to drop any of these, as they are made from aluminum and will bend/warp. - If you have any issues with defective handles I don't recommend writing off this entire set. Amazon has a great return policy and all of these sets are under warranty anyways. - Ceramic coating is PTFE-Free, PFOA-Free and Cadmium-Free (safer than traditional non-stick) This information should be presented clearly by the seller. Hopefully the company sees these reviews and makes the necessary adjustments. So far not one issue with the set, I will update as my usage is prolonged. I'm very happy with the even heating, non-stick surface, feel of the handles, lightness of weight and appearance. The quality is definitely focused in the cookware itself, the utensils that come with it are sub-par but do the job. Cleaning is a breeze for me, albeit a bit of a routine change. So glad I made the switch.

Amazing

I LOVE these pans! It took a little while to get used to the fact that nothing sticks.. like ever. It's insane! They are so easy to clean I usually hand wash them but they have held up well in the dishwasher as well. They heat evenly and are very pretty!

I am completely in love with them

I recently moved into a new place and have to start from scratch. I ordered these pots and they came a week later. I am completely in love with them. I have cooked quite a few meals in them so far, and they are truly a dream. They are non stick, not overly heavy, and definitely great quality. I especially like the plastic spoons as they are not those flimsy kind. They are sturdy can clean very easily. I would recommend this to anyone.

SUPERB

Excellent value for the money. Interior is absolutely non-stick as long as you aren’t the type of cook to prepare everything cranked up too high/heat. My ONLY negative is that the Dutch over doesn’t have a hole in the handle so I can’t hang it on my pot rack. It uses cupboard space which is at a premium for me.

Nonstick without teflon, score!

I love ceramic and have replaced all of my teflon products. Use baking soda and vinegar if you have any stains. Do not use metal cookware!

Good quality, great price, happy with this purchase!

We purchased this set for our 5th wheel. We just went on a 9-day trip and used the pots and pans throughout our trip and had no issues at all. Cleaned up nice, cooked nicely, nothing 'stuck' etc. Great set for the price! Seems very durable, good quality. It's brand new, and on the RV so I'm curious how long the set will last for, but from the initial uses seems like it will last a very long time. Happy with this purchase!

Awesome Set for the Price

This set is amazing for the price! Everything was packages nicely and received with no defects or issues. I scoured many sets and read many reviews before buying this. My budget was around $70 for a good set until later on when I want to get into some serious cooking. This set uses a ceramic coating versus a traditional non-stick (which they offer). The difference lies in how you cook and care for it. Before buying, I suggest people go read about ceramic coatings and cookware. They do need to be seasoned every once in a while and they should not be cooked on high heat for longer periods of time. Also the use of silicone/wood/plastic utensils will help immensely with longevity.

Great pots

Love these. I love ceramic wear and they are easy to clean, everything slides right off. I have barely had to use cooking spray. I have the champagne colored set and have no signs of wear and tear yet after 5+ months.

The best pot and pan set I have ever used and I cook every night!

I absolutely love this set! Exceeded my expectations and works so well! Follow the directions of how to take care of these pots and pans and they are great! Always use low heat, not too much butter or oil and they heat up so fast ( using a gas stove) and food cooks fast! Food does not stick and they clean so easily! Make sure to use a soft sponge, never a rough, abrasive sponge to clean them.. there is no need to anyway! after use make sure to let them cool down before you rinse them to clean then, otherwise they will not as effective. Follow the steps in the manual of how to clean, use and care for these pots and they are absolutely amazing! These are a great choice!

Great Quality

Bought this set (and an extra pan) for my husband for Christmas. Out of the box and first use got RAVES as he tested the ceramic non-stick function. We were concerned about the use of non-stick surfaces in our everyday cooking as most people are these days and while we had never cooked with ceramic coated cookware before, we were pleasantly surprised. The quality of the product is what you would expect from T-fal, but it's too early to tell how long it will last. We are hopeful that this set will provide years of excellent meals for our family.
