It does have a super strong smell
If you ever get head pimples, this is the stuff. It does have a super strong smell, but it works great. My boyfriend gets pimples from working out and this gets rid of them completely.

Its working
It works, not much itch, no flakes. It cools my scalp. I use it 3 or 4 times a week. Massage on scalp (don't scratch) soak and rinse after 5 to 10 min. It take time to heal psoriasis. Don't expect miracle

Works great!
I'm so glad I bought this. My mother tends to scratch her head subconsciously, resulting in some blood on her scalp. I searched for medicated shampoo on Amazon and I found the Neutrogena T/Gel Therapeutic Shampoo. At first I wasn't sure if it would work because the package is so small, but after using it for a couple of weeks, my mother said her scalp doesn't bleed anymore. I'm relieved that she is healthier now.

It works for dry scalp
I'd rather not spend $7 on shampoo but the past couple of years I've been having an issue with what I thought was dandruff. After some Googling I figured out it wasn't dandruff but dry scalp - there's a difference. It's gotten to the point where I was starting to see flakes in my hair, not just on my shirt. After some more reading T-Gel was the cheap persons best option. I've used it 3 times in the past 7 days and have already seen a major change. Not only am I not seeing the flakes in my hair anymore, my scalp is less itchy and even if I scratch it vigorously I don't get any snowfall. The only thing I might be able to complain about is that it smells very medicinal - but it works and doesn't cost a fortune so I can live with that.

Stuff works great.
It works wonders for my chronic dandruff, and it's the only thing that works. I tried everything but this for almost 20 years and considered myself lucky if whatever the product of the week was didn't make my scalp crack and bleed. If you've got a problem with the smell it's gone in an hour after a shower, or just use some fruity conditioner. The smell is no big deal compared to a life with bad psoriasis.

Smells medicinal
First let’s address the scent. It DOES NOT smell like moth balls. It doesn’t smell like your tooty fruity shampoo either. But you wonder why your head is all jacked up. It’s because you’ve been using $7 axe body wash to clean your hair for 27 years. I’ve been a part of the flake club for atleast 10 years now. Not too bad for people to really notice but when you’ve got a cool hairstyle and people wanna f. W. Your hair you get a little nervous they are gonna shake out some flakes. So after years of this ish I finally decided to give it a go, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH FAM. All I can say is that after 2 weeks of using it twice a week I can finally scratch my head at work and not have to watch Frosted Flakes drop onto my notepad or shoulder. I feel like a new man.

Totally fine product, fits the bill
Totally fine product, fits the bill. Got rid of my stubborn dandruff but I had to be diligent. Every day for 2-3 weeks I spritzed the affected area with some water, put the T-Gel on the affected areas of my head, lathered, and left it in for 10-15 minutes, then jumped into the shower and did my usual thing. After the dandruff was gone, I stopped using it. It's been a few months and I'm still fine.

Only product that has been effective for me
I have struggled for years with flaky, itchy and crusting scalp disorder despite good hygiene behaviors like daily shower etc. This has been only product that has been able to truly keep in check bad scalp stuff in my experience when all other have just failed or did little to control the symptoms. There is a distinct smell and feel to it, unlike the silky soft feeling or floral aroma of regular shampoos, if that matters to you then please do note.

Exactly what I needed apparently!
For the past year or so I've had some very irritated red scaly spots on my scalp. My hairdresser and I thought maybe it was just some type of I would say rash. So I tried a couple other things, even spent $80 on Paul Mitchell Tea Tree shampoo and conditioner...twice...praying it would help. Which it did a little. So I finally I gave in to thinking maybe its psoriasis...stumbled across an article that listed this and after one wash, my scalp is almost 100% better. I can't wait to see how much better the results get. So thankful for this product.

Worked like magic!
I’ve had severe dandruff condition for 15yrs now, and was diagnosed seborrhic dermatitis. Tried several prescribed expensive steroid based shampoos ($300 and up), they worked but did not totally eradicate the flakes and itching, lets say around 90% of the problem only and of course my wallet cant sustain the expense. But this shampoo is 100% effective for me after a few days of use! Used it twice a week only, and shampooed using tea tree shampoo and conditioner for twice a week as well. Rested my scalp for the remainding 3days, this combination worked like magic!
