So far so good great gas saver
Excellent buy I've put almost 300 miles on it and it runs perfect, only thing I needed to do was adjust the throttle a bit but it's easy to do, great gas mileage useing it daily to get to work and have only put less then $10 in it so far using premium gas

Love my little scooter...
This thing is AWESOME! Use it for running around town. Already put over 300 miles on it. I'm 220 lbs and it's top speed is about 35mph for me (GPS Speedo on the scooter is a little off) CHANG OUT ALL THE FLUIDS WHEN YOU GET IT

Great Product!!
Very pleased with this scooter. I made some very minor modifications suggested on YouTube. EXCELLENT service from this vendor! Communicated well during the shipping process. VERY efficient in terms of sending necessary forms for registration.

* updating. Top speed 25mph
Update * April 2019. I’ve now had this 8 months. Changed the oil twice, replaced the battery and spark plug and have tried every suggestion on YouTube, (short of replacing the carb or putting in a big bore kit) to get it to go faster than 25 mph with no luck. I followed all the instructions of not running it full speed until the motor could get broke in, which meant 15mph for the first month. I drive it every day at least one mile. It accelerates so slow so don’t think about crossing busy intersections with a car in sight. If you are only going to be driving in school zones or a 2 mile round trip when you aren’t in a hurry and have a great bike lane it’s fine. Sadly I now have buyers remorse. 25mph doesn’t cut it for that price. Smart Deals suggests I take it to a mechanic. I purchased this to take with my Rv. It loads in the motorcycle rack nicely. It was relatively easy to put together. Just have proper tools. It does come in a large metal crate very heavy so be prepared to have a space for it. I purchased the black one. It is very classy/sporty looking. Doesn’t look cheap at all. The hardest part is attaching the bolt for the handle bars. Not a lot of space to get a tool in. Make sure it’s tight. Also when you take the front tire off the metal crate save all parts. Those will be reused to install front tire. There are a lot of helpful YouTube videos to help you put it together as well as trouble shooting. Follow advice of changing the oil and spark plug before driving. The seat comes off with simple ease. Adjust the throttle so it doesn’t die. Make sure there are no hoses inbetween the seat and frame so they aren’t blocking air or gas flow. Make sure the battery connections are snug and the spark plug connection is on tight. Don’t drive it full throttle for at least the first 20+ miles. Let the engine get broken in. It’s not a power house it’s for us nogetters that just want something to get us short distances and affordable. I had great customer service. They always responded to my questions within the day. Shipping was within a week. Good luck and have fun!

Fantastic little scooter
Fantastic little scooter!! I weigh 245 and it pulls me up a 4% grade with no problem. It does bogg down as I add weight to my backpack. instructions Went across town to look at the same model and they wanted $1845.00 preassembled. My cost was $624.00 and all I had to do was to put on the front tire and steering. HINT HINT HINT!! The instructions that came with are confusing! I learned from you-tube and did just fine!

A little difficult to assemble without many instructions. There ...
A little difficult to assemble without many instructions. There is a CD included (with instructions I assume), but computers these days don't have CD players anymore. Works very well and gas efficient since my morning commute is only a 5 minute drive away.

This is my second scooter and have been very satisfied with them
This is my second scooter and have been very satisfied with them. Watch the YouTube videos on how to get it out of the crate and to assemble. I put both together on my own.

Cant beat the price. Runs well
I purchased this last month to get around in the summer time. Its not useful in the winter so I diddnt want to spend a lot of money on a scooter that would only be used for a couple months each year. This one was the ticket. The seller: Smart Deals Now They have the exact same scooter for sale under a different name for a higher price. "Scooter 50cc Street Legal" Check that one out for more reviews on this specific scooter. They were quite helpful for me. Now to specifics. This does take some assembly...minimum of front wheel, handle bars and some plastic coverings. You shouldnt need more than a standard set of socket wrenches (mm) and screwdrivers. There is a great series of videos that shows step by step instructions on how to do everything. It actually goes into way more detail and I diddnt have the time or energy to do everything the video showed. They were called: "TaoTao ATM50-A1 Chinese Scooter PDI Assembly" The scooter is running well. I pre-rinsed the gas tank out and adjusted the idle a bit but other than that, this little scooter is stock. Registration of the scooter was really easy, they send you the documents you will need in the mail within a few days after you email them your scooter VIN. I did some testing yesterday on speeds and the speedometer is definetly set a bit on the high side. Useually between 2-8 MPH slower than the speedometer shows. The odometer is in kilometers. I used a speedometer on my iphone to test speeds and on average my speeds were in the 30s (MPH). I did however, get to 40 MPH on a long flat section of road. I was tucked down and only weigh 140lb, so Im sure that helps. Overall, quite pleased with the scooter. Its a cheap mode of transpertation and if you maintain it well, it should do just fine. Also, replacement parts are pretty dang cheap and you tube videos will show you how to fix pretty much anything on it.

Great buy
I have to admit buying something like this online is nerves racking but this seller made me feel at ease. They jump all over a question or concerns I had right away. Here are a few things I wished I knew before purchase. Unlike the video seen, the scooter does not have a remote start. Don't be fooled. Also the it needs to be professionally assembled. So I recommend getting it delivered to where ever it's being put together. Otherwise you will be stuck trying to get the fright box to the other location. All in all is a GREAT SCOOTER. A great buy. I would buy it again if I had to do it over. You can feel safe with this purchase.👍🏾

Great scooter
Great scooter fun to ride- good price - I had to adjust the idle screw some but that's normal - easy to put together with the exception handle bar bolt and nut REALLY have to be tightened until handle bars has no play - I changed shipping oil before I took a ride then changed at 100 miles and I will change at 300 miles due to breaking scooter in - so well worth 5 stars -
