Amaze-balls!

These might be my new favorite beans ousting Primo's Nicaraguan Single Estate from the top of the leader board. I typically roast to Full City + and these turned out fantastic. The coffee was smooth and chocolatey. It made a particularly delicious espresso as well as a great regular cup. Will be buying these again for sure. Buy these with confidence.

Great Bean

So far, we have not found a better bean to roast! Splendid morning and afternoon cup of joe. Not bitter, crisp and clean. We are very unhappy with me if I forget to place another order before we run out and have to suffer inferior beans until the new order arrives and has been roasted.

Costa Rica Tarrazu - Excellent Quality

I'm not enough of a coffee connoisseur to be able to provide an in-depth review, but I've found these beans to be excellent for roasting in my Behmor. They're clean and consistent in quality and size. I normally shoot for a medium roast and find these beans offer the smooth, balanced flavor profile that I favor.

Consistly good coffee

I have been roasting my own coffee for years and have found that coffee from Costa Rica is our favorite. I am never disappointed with this coffee.

These Costa Rican green beans do not disappoint. They roast evenly, and the coffee is full bodied and delicious. This brand of Costa Rican beans is our favorite. We have purchased it before and will again.

I had a nice uniform first crack

The Costa Rican Terrazu came well packed and capable of handling any shipping abuse. The beans smelled fresh and were uniform in size and shape. I had a nice uniform first crack. I'm not a "super taster", so I won't go there as to what fruits and herbs the beans generate. I will just say that this was a good buy and I am satisfied.
