I've had an espresso machine for years and I have wasted more pre-roasted coffee than I care to remember because sometimes I'll go off coffee and the beans I have go bad, but no more. I took the plunge and decided to start roasting my own with a Fresh Roast SR540 home roaster. I chose these unroasted beans because of all the favorable reviews and they're affordable. Everyone was right. These are wonderful. I roast a 4 oz batch (or more if I want) to a medium roast. Since they're small they grind well in the burr grinder of my espresso machine. I'm really pleased with the flavor. If I go off coffee again I haven't wasted anything because green coffee beans will last a long time when kept right. Will order again and again.

"Peaberry"! 🤣

"Peaberry"...means smaller than your used to! Made good espresso an hour after roasting. Will do coffee in the morning and the three or four mornings after...see how they settle. Have to pay attention when roasting, they don't have a distinct first & second crack...they kinda migrate from one to the other. Good bean.

Best coffee in the World

This is the most flavourful coffee I've ever drank. Easy to roast in a frying pan (10 minutes at 450 fahrenheit, stir continuously). Fresh grind and french press for a great start to your day. Grown on the slopes of Kilimanjaro, this is Africa in a mug. Be inspired by thoughtts of gazelles, lions, and wildebeest watching the red sun rise over the savanna. Mix with Scotch for the best cocktail in the world. Taken straight, this coffee tastes like a dry red wine from the hills of northern Israel. Subtle aroma of peaches grown in central Alabama.

I have been roasting coffee for a few years now from differant places and this is by far one of the better tasting coffee's I have roasted.

I love peaberry

Peaberry, being smaller, seems to to do better than regular size beans in the usually to too fast roasting popcorn air popper. Also, since they are rounder, they seem to roast more evenly and don't blow out of the popper as easily. This batch was fresh and flavorful, and you can't argue with the price compared to local stores.

Great choice for dark roast. Flavor from easy to roast beans. Immediately after 2nd crack was perfect.
