Perfect latte every time.

I love this machine! I was looking for a warmer that did not froth (very hard to find). This machine is wonderful; makes perfect lattes every time. The quality of the product is great and it is easy to clean. I read in someone else's review that if you wipe out the inside with a dry paper towel right after you pour out the milk, it will wipe away the milk scum on the bottom; it works like a charm. Then wash. I have had a smaller Nespresso machine like this for years and it was always a hassle to have to go through 2 cycles to get my nice 16oz latte that I like so much. I had been wishing someone would come up with a larger size and here it is! I have only had it since Christmas (gift to myself) but have been using it 2-3 times a day and it comes out perfect every time. Great product.

Great price and beautiful!

I have become obsessed with creamy decadent coffee but not the calories or the cost. I was looking for a way to make it at home an found the perfect solution. This works great. A little non dairy creamer in thi machine goes a long way. If you do a 'cool' froth setting and then let it sit for a minute or so it comes out almost like whipped cream. Truly a gem. It's my new favorite gadget! And its sleek looking

Great product and responsive customer service

I have tree Secura milk frothers, each being a different size. All work exceptionally well and create perfect foam for cappuccinos. While trying to clean the gasket on the 500m plastic lid, part of the side of the lid cracked making it unusable. I contacted Lafraise and asked how I could purchase a new lid. After providing proof of purchase they were very kind and send a replacement free of charge which I received in a few days. Great product and very responsive customer service. Highly recommended. I was not asked to provide any positive comment.

Skeptical but happy

When I first thought about purchasing an electric milk frother, I was incredibly skeptical that the machine wouldn't work well, break after just a few uses, or be incredibly difficult to clean (and anyone who has smelled old, dried milk knows that it is not pleasant). This product, however, has exceeded my expectations! It is incredibly easy-to-use, easy-to-clean, and has worked flawlessly since purchased. I would highly recommend it to others!

Fabulous, fast foam!

Fabulous foam, warms & froths about a half inch of milk before my espresso is brewed. The nonstick interior is easy to clean. Sturdy & attractive, and well designed. Bought this to replace the more expensive Capresso whose carafe I replaced three times over a few years because the seal became faulty after a approximately a year of daily use. I Intended to by the much more expensive and appresso father but somebody who reviewed this machine said it was just as good after doing a side-by-side comparison. I am quite delighted with it and will buy a second one for my vacation home.

Good product. Exceptional service.

Good frother- exceptional customer service. Unit arrived and I tore into the package excited to make my coffee only to be disappointed that the whisk attachments were not in the package. I contacted the support team and they sent out new whisks! Once they got here it works great! Great to use for tea lattes and adding foam to your coffee.

Great little frother

I love it so much, I give them as gifts for coffee loving friends! This frother works great and give you a choice (based on the head that you choose) to have hot milk with only a little froth or hot milk with a lot of froth. You can attach the head that you are not using to the lid so that is does not get lost. I had one by a different brand that was a gift and stopped working after 6 months - so buy the protection plan.

Great milk frother

The unit arrived on time as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loved it, but it stopped frothing milk after 3 weeks. However, Lafraise was great about returning it and replacing it with a new unit. It was no problem and the replacement unit is working just fine. We are happy with our experience in dealing with Lafraise. Update: the replacement unit is still working perfectly after 4 weeks. We remain very happy with the product.

Works Great

For years, I have bought the more expensive Nespresso foamer. They last 3 years and then something doesn't function. There are no real moving parts, so some internal heating thing, just stops working. AT $100+ for Nespresso, one would expect a better track record and a longer life. I switched to this brand. It was much cheaper and worked just as well. Let's see how long it lasts!
