Perfect results and less waste

This is our second order of these vacuum sealer rolls to make freezer packages. When we received the first order I thought the material was a little thinner and maybe not as strong as the brand name products. Well we found out as we used the rolls that they are not only easier to work with but the sealer works great with it we kept a empty cardboard roll from what we had and just transferred material from the large rolls these come in to the empty roll so we could fit the roll into our Food Saver once loaded we didn't have any problems every bag sealed perfectly and freezes and stores fantastic. Not only will I not hesitate to buy this product from this seller again I know for sure we will as soon as we start running low again. Packaging for this item is perfect there in a large priority mail envelope the fit very tightly no wasted cardboard and no wasted package filler. Shipping was free and very quick. Overall from ordering to using I'm very satisfied with the packaging, shipping and most important the product. Thanks for a great product and service.

Equally as good as the name brand, save yourself some $$

I have been buying this brand for as long as I have owned my top of the line foodsaver. I won't spend top dollar on the name brand/food saver bags or rolls. Bc these are equally as good. For much less. I only buy the rolls. Yes, it takes a little longer so seal the bottom, then put the food in and seal the top. But you are not at the mercy of the bag size. This way you choose your bag size.

They are a great value over the smaller rolls you can purchase at ...

I purchased these Vacuum Sealer Rolls a few weeks ago to use with my sous vide machine. I have used them a dozen times or so since they arrived. They are a great value over the smaller rolls you can purchase at local retailers. They have held-up well to both freezing and soaking in 140 degree water for 48 hours in the sous vide. While one side of the bags have the embossed dotted pattern, as the Amazon description states, the other side is clear making it easy to see the food inside the bag. It also makes it easy to write the contents, weight, dates, etc. on the clear side of the bag with a sharpie. I am very happy with this product, and will definitely re-order them in the future.

I wish I could order every thing from this company!

The vacuum sealer sous vide bags I purchased from Houseables are superior. Not only is it a ton of product for a great price, they are also of high quality. In addition to being very happy with the product, the customer service is unbelievable. I keep wondering if I can buy every thing from this company from now on. I highly suggest giving them a shot. I have told my friends & family about their phenomenal customer service & a few of them have posted about it on social media. I hope Houseables gets an onslaught of new customers! They & I have a couple of things in common - I too love the color blue & dogs!

Work just like the Food Saver bags

Work just like the Food Saver bags, just a whole lot cheaper. Although, they seem to have a hard time sealing when using them for freshly cleaned fish. Pressing the "SEAL" button a second time does the trick.

Spectacular

These are a fantastic buy and work great in my food saver. These do not fit into my sealer so I have to roll up 10 to 20 feet to use in the machine but other than that these are fantastic.

Buy these!!

This product is great! They're made just as well as the expensive sealer bags that come with my Foodsaver but a fraction of the cost. I buy all my meat in bulk and when i get home i section it all out into meal sized portions then in the freezer it goes. I've also used these to freeze vegetables from my garden without any problems. I love how I can freeze the ground beef in 1 pound portions flat to save room in my freezer and i can write the date on these with a permanent marker without it smearing or coming off. I will definitely be buying these again and would recommend them to anyone who vacuum seals their food.

These were perfect for larger items and allows for more flexibility than the smaller bags. My wife and I love these and highly recommended them in addition to any that may come with your food saver. One side is textured and the other is smooth. Some food sealers require the textures side face either up or down. Mine seems to work best with the textured side down using these bags. There seems to be enough to last a long time but whenever I run low, I will simply re-order these. By these being 11" wide, you can custom cut and seal for a wide range of sizes. They are also the maximum size to use with my food saver.

Good quality!

Work great! You can size them as needed (length wise) you just cut them the size you require. The width is perfect for my needs. These seal as expected and are thick enough to keep meat nice and fresh after you seal them. The price is well worth it for the size of the roll.

These are as good or better than the name brand

These are as good or better than the name brand. I waited till now to give a review on 8/25/15 I filled the freezer Two months later 10/25/15. The vacuum sealed bags are just like they were the day I put them in the freezer. I believe they will stay that way till I need them.
