Great collector for Harry Potter fans as "Hedwig"

I purchased this owl as "Hedwig" from Harry Potter. My nine-year-old sister is Harry Potter crazy and this fit right in with her collection of HP stuff. The owl is a good size - not to large, not to small - and extremely soft.

Got this as part of a wizarding outfit for my 7 year old. She sleeps with it every night and looks just like the owl from the movies. Soft. Washable without getting matted looking.

I am planning to go to WWoHP at Universal and wanted to surprise my son with a plush Hedwig. If you Google Hedwig from Harry Potter, you will see that this owl bears a strong resemblance, at a fraction of the price. The main difference seems to be that the Hedwig owl does not have markings on its breast, but most kids would not notice or think it is a big difference. It is very soft and nice to cuddle. I measured it at slightly under 8 inches tall. I think this is cuter than the Hedwig puppet sold at the Universal store for over thirty.

Perfect Harry Potter costume accessory.

We bought this for a child doing a Harry Potter costume. It was absolutely perfect. Everybody knew exactly what it was. The size is about 8 inches tall, which makes it great for my child to hold - it is not too big or too small. It is an excellent plush as a stand alone, and my daughter continues to play with it months later. It matches the photo. This is a great toy.

Great for Harry Potter fans!

I purchased this as a gift for my daughter's 11th birthday. She is a HUGE Harry Potter fan and has been longing for a stuffed owl for a couple of years now. She read the books a couple of years ago and just watched the first of the movies a couple weeks ago - renewing her passion for Harry Potter! I cannot wait to see her reaction when she opens her birthday gift! The wings of the owl are attached at the top of the wing so they can move. The "feathers" of the wings are a different length and create the illusion of feathers. I was very impressed when I saw it. The animal is very soft (with the exception of the beak and eyes). I know my daughter will end up cuddling with it at bedtime.

WIZARD SNOWY OWL

Bought this as a gift for my sister who loves and collects owls and has several owl figurines and Christmas tree ornaments. I love owls too, but don't have any. This is so adorable, I want to keep it and give her something else, or buy another one for myself.

So, so snuggly, I almost want one for myself! I purchased this for my daughter to accompany a "Hogwart's" letter informing her of her impending Harry Potter themed birthday party. My son adores this to the point I may just purchase another. It's soft, adorable, and incredibly cute.

Great price and quality Hedwig owl!

This owl looks just like Hedwig from the Harry Potter books & movies. It was a super cute addition to my son's Halloween costume and was the perfect finishing touch. Great price and great quality, the perfect combination. No complaints from me, I would definitely suggest purchasing this if you are looking for a little Hedwig, or just as an adorable owl.

High quality stuffed owl

I purchased this stuffed owl toy as part of a birthday gift for my daughter. I wanted a snowy owl to resemble Hedwig from the Harry Potter books, because she is turning 11 and we are expecting her Hogwarts invitation letter any day now... This owl is adorable. It's a perfect size- about 8 inches tall, and the fur is very soft. The longer fur "feathers" on the wings and tail are also soft and smooth, and they give the toy's look a more realistic texture. The best feature about this toy, though, is that it is slightly weighted with heavier pellet stuffing in the tail and bottom so that it can stand on its own. The owl's feet are sculpted as well, making it very stable when standing. I did not expect this because the description doesn't mention it, but it is perfectly suited for my purposes since I intend to have the owl standing in her room with her Hogwarts letter when she wakes up on her birthday. I can't wait for her to see it! Overall, this is an excellent stuffed toy at a very reasonable price.
